Comfortable room, comfortable atmosphere with a spacious and clean room that allowed me to relax after a day of exploring and a fantastic breakfast that included freshly made omelettes to start my day off right.

Booked this room last minute. Expectations were low, but the experience was a pleasant surprise. The staff excelled; everyone was polite and welcoming. The location is unbeatable—just steps from a stunning beach. the pool needed attention, with signs of neglect that shouldn't be overlooked. Breakfast was decent but could use more variety, especially for those who avoid pork. A cleanliness issue marred our experience; the room required better upkeep. While the staff was friendly, management needs to implement firmer standards. With that said, I hope they address these matters because this hotel has great potential. We want to keep coming back, but only if improvements are made.

Our family trip was marred by poor room cleanliness—after three days, just a bed made and crumbs everywhere. Plus, the refrigerator smelled so bad we couldn't keep any food in it. Definitely not what we expected for a beach getaway!

The property's location near the beach and amenities was fantastic. Our king room was spacious with a lovely living area and a large bathroom with a tub. The ceiling fans in both the living space and bedroom were a nice touch, making our stay even more comfortable. The complimentary breakfast with a custom omelet bar was a delightful way to start the day. the private beach access added to the overall charm of the area. we did encounter some issues during our stay. There was a mix-up with our room reservation, and the front desk staff was not very accommodating in resolving the issue promptly. the bartender who served the free drinks seemed overwhelmed with her duties, as she was multitasking between serving guests, cleaning glasses, and waiting tables. Despite these challenges, the cleanliness of the rooms and the dining area was exceptional, thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff. We also appreciate the efforts of the technician who came to fix our television issue, even though there was a slight misunderstanding. The hotel's decor was lovely, and the breakfast selection was top-notch. While there were some minor drawbacks during our stay at Embassy Suites, the positive aspects like the room amenities, cleanliness, and breakfast offerings outweighed the negatives.

From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The spacious king room had all the comforts, including three sinks and a relaxing living area. Waking up to a delicious breakfast spread and a private beach across the street made every day feel like a mini-vacation!

The property is just a short walk down a path to the incredibly beautiful beach across the small street, and it’s conveniently close to attractions like Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is only about 1.2 km away, and Village of Baytowne Wharf, just under 4 km from the hotel, making it perfect for weekend strolls to explore the area; plus, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is tasty but could offer a change in daily options.

Temperature control was effective, making it easy to maintain a pleasant atmosphere. noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable at times. Breakfast each morning was fabulous, with a diverse selection that impressed the kitchen staff. Access to the beach was perfect, just a short walk away. The bartender during cocktail hour was juggling too many tasks, which impacted service. the room's comfort stood out, but there were a few areas for improvement.

The beach access was amazing with fun kid activities, but the rooms on the 4th floor were stuffy. However, the friendly staff, Christmas decor, and dog-friendly policy were great. Breakfast was top-notch, although noisy neighboring dogs caused some inconvenience. A family-friendly location with excellent service.
