Great location and dog-friendly perks

Super convenient location close to my office. The staff was really friendly, and I loved that they welcomed my dog with a treat at check-in. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was decent, but it got super crowded. Check-in took a bit long because they mixed up our room type, which was a tad annoying.

The hotel is located in a trendy Chicago neighborhood which was perfect as it was close to the theatre district and the United Center, where we were attending an event. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities, including a full kitchen and a sleeper sofa. The value for money was excellent, especially considering that breakfast was included.

I recently stayed at Hyatt House for a week and it was fantastic! The spacious rooms and warm water in the shower were a pleasant surprise. The comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. I also loved the included breakfast with make to order omelets and the option for to-go boxes. The fitness area and pool were a nice touch. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile. The convenient paid parking and reimbursement for street parking was a bonus. The hotel's location was within walking distance to the United Center and a short drive to popular attractions like Cloud Gate and the Lincoln Park Zoo. Lou Malnati's pizzeria nearby was a delicious dinner option.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel during our business trip. the suite was clean and spacious, providing us with a pleasant atmosphere. the breakfast offered was nice and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. the friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable, from check-in to housekeeping. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities and was located in a convenient area, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

One downside was that there was some noise from other guests, especially in the hallway during the night. It was disruptive and woke up our whole family, which was not ideal.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was perfect, with easy access to the Fulton Market area, California, and the United Center. It made exploring the city so convenient. Secondly, the service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made us feel right at home. Finally, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with two beds and a sleeper sofa, and some even offered great views. Plus, breakfast was included, adding even more value to our stay.

No issues to speak of, our experience was hassle-free.
