The room had a nice little kitchenette which was great for late-night snacks after the concert we went to. Patrick at the front desk was a gem he really made us feel welcomed and knew all the local spots for dinner

The place was sweet as, but the breakfast was a bit lackluster and the elevators were busy as. Really liked the staff, though. they were heaps helpful!

So, I got to enjoy the staff at check-in, super friendly, and they even sorted out parking for us when things got busy! Our room was fresh and comfy with thick towels, a real touch! The location was justo, close to all the spots we wanted to hit up, especially the concert!

But, brekkie was a bit chaotic, finding a seat was a mission sometimes, and the eggs were a bit dodge.

the hyatt house was a great place to stay! the den queen room was spacious for our family. we loved the delicious free breakfast, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. plus, the 24-hour fitness center was a nice perk for staying active!

I loved the modern vibe of my King Room, and the amenities were top-notch, making my stay super comfy. The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax, and I enjoyed unwinding in the jacuzzi. However, the breakfast service struggled to keep up with demand at times. Tip, Make sure to grab breakfast early to avoid the rush! 😊

Our stay was enjoyable, with clean rooms and a family-friendly atmosphere. The kitchenette was a blessing, allowing us to prepare quick meals. The convenient location near the United Center made it easy to explore, and the indoor pool was a hit with the kids! We appreciated the great value for the price, and the staff was generally helpful, making our visit more pleasant than expected.

We stayed in a King Room and it was super comfy! The bed felt like a cloud, which was perfect after a long day exploring. We loved the kitchenette for late-night snacks, and having a great view of the city was a big plus. The atmosphere in the hotel was really inviting too. Just a bit of a bummer, the pool water could've been warmer. But the vibe was cool overall!

The location is great for nearby bars and restaurants. Unpleasant smell in the lobby.

The cleanliness was impressive and the location was perfect, just a stone's throw from great restaurants and bars. Staff were super friendly and even lent me a mouse for my computer when I forgot mine. Breakfast coffee was surprisingly good too.

Everything was exemplary.
