The breakfast spread was top-notch, with a dynamic selection to choose from. The staff, especially Weezy, were excellent, going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the local attractions and amenities.

I experienced some setbacks during my stay. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with old and dirty carpets and worn-out furniture.

I always return for the friendly staff and cozy rooms. On my first stay, they suggested great local food. This place suits me perfectly with 24-hour reception, indoor pool, and a pet-friendly policy. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

We had an amazing stay at Embassy Suites! The room was incredibly spacious with a comfortable king size bed and a separate living room, making it great value for the money. The staff treated us really well, and the breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked every morning. We also loved the nightly social gathering with free drinks and the fantastic couples massage at Spa Botanica.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, especially in terms of the snack options.

The spacious shower/bathroom was a plus. The hotel's location next to the convention center was perfect, and if the weather allowed, it was convenient to walk to the main strip of Hot Springs.

Great location, close to downtown area and restaurants. the atrium and bar during the happy hour were enjoyable. Free drinks were a nice perk.

Room had bugs and bathtub wouldn't drain. Maid service needed to be requested in advance.
