During my recent business trip to Hot Springs, I had the opportunity to stay at a hotel in close proximity to various attractions. The spacious and clean rooms were a pleasant surprise, perfect for unwinding after a busy day of work meetings. The breakfast, especially the omelet station, provided a great start to each morning. The friendly staff members added to the positive experience, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Although there were minor hiccups with the check-in and check-out process, the overall cleanliness, comfort, and convenience made my trip enjoyable.

The curtains in the room had a gaping hole that let in too much light, which was bothersome when trying to sleep in. Room service was slow to respond to requests, and the dry cleaning service was not efficient. housekeeping did a good job keeping the rooms clean and tidy. The hotel had shops and commercial services on-site, making it convenient for any last-minute needs. The laundry service was handy for freshening up clothes during the stay. One downside was the valet parking, which had a steep fee of $10 per night. It would have been more customer-friendly to include this in the room rate or provide a lower-cost option. The shuttle service was advertised as free but ended up being an additional $20 charge, which was misleading. Embassy Suites had its pros and cons. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, but there were instances of rudeness and unprofessionalism.

Woohoo! Free breakfast and evening snacks, plus a Peloton® Bike in the fitness center for some fancy exercising. The spa treatments were top-notch, and the hotel had a bit of everything. A fun cozy spot in the city!

At my first stay, the staff recommended great places to eat. This place suits my needs perfectly with luggage storage, 24-hour reception, fitness center, indoor pool, and more. I'm looking forward to returning for Easter.

However, we encountered some hiccups with room key access and billing errors.
