Fun vibes and friendly perks

Super clean and had a nostalgic feel. Loved the 24hr soda fountain and complimentary snacks in the lobby. The breakfast was really tasty, and happy hour on Christmas Eve was a nice touch. Rooms are perfect for big families. Unfortunately, parking was a hassle; I had to leave my car across the street.

Room was comfortable and spacious. The carpet definitely needs replacing, and we were charged for shuttle fees we didn’t use.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially after a car issue. The breakfast was awesome, and Weezie was such a joy! Rooms are spacious with great amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, microwave, and a seating area. The spa and fitness center were perfect for relaxation. Great location too!

Comfortable rooms, comfortable beds with a spacious layout that includes a pull-out sofa bed that was surprisingly cozy for my grandson and a king-size bed that my mom and granddaughter found to be very restful.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short drive from town and various attractions. The breakfast was delicious on the first day, with the staff providing a welcoming atmosphere. inconsistency in service and amenities detracted from the overall experience.

The property is centrally situated, making it super easy to stroll around and explore highlights like the Hot Springs National Park Mountain Tower and Bathhouse Row, which are all just a short walk away, not to mention the various delicious dining options nearby like Picante's Mexican Grill and Brick House Grill within 600 meters, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay; however, the breakfast situation could have been a bit more organized.

The staff radiated warmth and friendliness, making check-in and dining enjoyable. Spacious, comfortable rooms with great blackout curtains offered a peaceful retreat, but my room had a dark ambiance and an unsettling view of noisy AC units. The dated decor showed signs of wear, and the carpet could have used a thorough cleaning. Breakfast lacked quality, but the full buffet and evening reception were nice perks. A surprise security deposit caught me off guard; clearer communication would help. Despite a few hiccups, the central location and abundant amenities promise a return visit.

Our room was gross, with old food in the fridge and a filthy carpet. Definitely won't return!

Our family had an amazing time exploring Bathhouse Row, riding the thrilling slides at T-Rex Fun Spot, and learning about the fascinating history at the Gangster Museum.

My kids wished for a designated family pool area for a safer and more enjoyable swimming experience.

The room featured a separate seating area with a door, offering extra privacy. It felt cozy yet spacious, and the view was excellent. The temperature control was effective, although the hot water took time to warm up. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with made-to-order omelets and a beautiful atrium setting. the sofa and carpet were noticeably dirty. A barking dog disrupted the peace, and the front desk was unresponsive despite numerous calls. Parking was $10, which felt excessive for ample on-site space. The curtain had a gap, letting in light, which was annoying.

The staff was super helpful with our requests and made us feel welcome! The pool was just the right temperature and we had a blast playing there every day!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still reasonable.
