Good pick for an overnight stay in Norfolk with good value for money. Breakfast was delicious.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. I appreciated the clean atmosphere, free from any smoke odor. The bathroom sink area was accessible and well-placed outside the main restroom, providing extra convenience. Temperature control was efficient, keeping the room comfortable. there were some issues with noise from the hallways, which occasionally disrupted our rest. The bedding was fresh, though some towels could use improvement for better absorbency.

The hotel has potential, but it was disappointing. The breakfast was a highlight—bacon and fried eggs are always appreciated. The pool was clean, yet the chlorine was overbearing, irritating our skin. On the downside, the staff was inconsistent. Housekeeping was unreliable; I had to request clean towels multiple times. The room's cleanliness could have been better—worn sheets and a generally lackluster deep clean. I experienced issues with charges. Communication was poor, and my concerns were largely dismissed. Management needs training on customer service. With a more focused approach to cleanliness and customer care, this place could improve significantly. A good stay should not feel so much like a fight.

Super clean hotel with super friendly staff. Rooms have a microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and all basic toiletries. Fitness center was a nice bonus. Breakfast was amazing—eggs, sausage, waffles, and more. Everything was fresh and replaced quickly. Easy parking and access to the property.

The room was messy, and the noise from arguing guests in the hallway was unsettling. Plus, the beds were uncomfortable, and I didn't feel safe walking my dog in the parking lot.

I loved how this hotel was just a short drive away from great parks like Williams Farm Park and the Norfolk Botanical Garden, plus there are tons of dining options nearby like Ihop and Chick-fil-A, making it really easy to enjoy the local scene; the hotel itself was clean and had great amenities, but the check-in process could use some improvement.

During our recent family trip to Norfolk to visit Virginia Wesleyan University, we stayed at a hotel near the airport. The location was convenient for our needs, and the staff members were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the proximity to the university and found the breakfast to be a nice touch. Although the room showed signs of wear, overall, it was a satisfactory stay for our short visit.

We hit up Cypress Point Country Club and Lamberts Point Golf Course, and man, the golf lessons were lit! So much fun to be had!

Some staff were friendly and helpful, especially Margaret in the food court.

There were ants in the room and the air conditioner smelled sour. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor and the room wasn’t cleaned during my stay.
