Clean and very comfortable rooms.

I found that the staff in the kitchen area lacked proper hygiene practices, such as wearing hair nets, which left me concerned about food safety. This led to a negative dining experience when my husband discovered a piece of hair in his meal. Additionally, the carpeting in the rooms seemed outdated and in need of replacement, detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The location was splendid, just a stroll to attractions. The evening 'kickback' with drinks was an unexpected delight. I loved the proximity to public transport, making getting around a breeze!

The food was a bit of a letdown—let's just say I won't be writing home about it! The HVAC? Well, let's just say it could use a miracle or two!

Consider bringing your own snacks if you plan to attend the evening kickback, as options can be limited and may not suit all tastes.

The location was great, especially with the hop on

and hop off bus tour stop right at the corner. It made getting around the city super easy. I loved the rooftop pool, and the staff was exceptionally accommodating—Erin at check-in was particularly friendly. Just be sure to plan your meals outside the hotel!

Spacious room, clean room, with a fitness centre and on-site parking that made our two-night stay very convenient despite being a short walk to popular attractions.

Had a canny time, like! The evening kickback with proper scran and drinks was the highlight, tasty options like burritos and cocktails. Just found the room a bit dark with only one wee window. Location was spot on for the French Quarter. Will be back for sure!

We had a stellar experience! The room was spacious and comfortable for our group. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful start to our days, and we enjoyed the rooftop pool, perfect for unwinding. Pro tip, don't miss out on the evening snack options. they made our stay truly enjoyable!

The location is ideal, just four blocks from Bourbon Street and across from a streetcar stop. The staff stands out, always accommodating and friendly. Patrick at breakfast and Renaldo at the front desk were particularly welcoming. Breakfast included fresh vegetables and quality options. Evening snacks were a great perk. However, the room, while spacious, showed signs of wear and cleanliness, and some furnishings felt dated. A low-set bathroom mirror made getting ready a bit challenging, and the view from my window was unremarkable.

This place suits me perfectly! It provides everything I need, like free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and an outdoor swimming pool. The staff returned documents I left behind on my first stay. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Easter.
