la quinta was close to the airport, making it super convenient. the room was clean and spacious, with two comfortable queen beds. the friendly housekeeper on the 3rd floor always greeted me with a smile. i also loved enjoying the indoor pool after a long day.

i wish the breakfast hours were a bit earlier for those needing to catch early flights.

during my stay, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and well-kept, making it a perfect base for exploring parks like Gateway Green, which is just a short bike ride away, and enjoying tasty meals at nearby restaurants like the Shilo Restaurant, only a quick walk from my room, and I was really impressed by how clean the pet-friendly room was, as it didn’t have any unpleasant odors despite the pet policy.

La Quinta in Portland was an utter disappointment. The room was filthy, with trash everywhere and a used coffee pod in the Keurig, how lovely! Oh, and don’t expect the pool to be clean or properly taken care of. I almost gave it a good review until they refused to offer an upgrade for the inconvenience.
