The one-bedroom suite was spacious and included a fully equipped kitchen, which was great for convenience. The King bed was comfortable, and the couch bed was decent for sleep. Temperature control was adequate, but the noise from outside workers was disruptive. The cleanliness of the room was good, though furniture felt outdated and could use some upgrades. The bathroom featured a giant garden tub, but the smell in the room was off-putting. while the large amenities were appealing, attention to room detail and upkeep is definitely needed.

The pool was awesome and the room felt like home. Super clean! The full kitchen was a hit with a microwave, fridge, and everything we needed. Big beds, great air con, and nice patio. Lots of activities, fitness centre, and jacuzzis everywhere. It’s a quick drive to Disney and walking distance to great dining. Plus, free parking!

Efforts to accommodate my request for a lower floor with a handicap-accessible shower were commendable. having been placed on the second floor without an elevator for the first night was frustrating, particularly since my mother required those accommodations. Once she arrived, the staff moved us downstairs promptly, which I appreciated. The suite was expansive with all necessary amenities. Unfortunately, the cigarette smell lingered in my room despite no smoking signs. Noise from neighboring rooms was intrusive, and the room's outdated condition left much to be desired. Staff response varied—Brandon's assistance was excellent, while initial check-in was lacking. The location is great, but the execution falls painfully short. Renovations needed.

I got to roam with gators at De Leon Springs, get splashed by dolphins at SeaWorld®, and escape to Pandora at Disney's Animal Kingdom park. Legacy Vacation Resorts Orlando's fun kept my family entertained.

The location was convenient, just 15 minutes from all Disney parks.

This hotel is a stone's throw from a great mix of restaurants and stores, making it super easy to grab a bite or shop nearby, plus it's just a quick walk from awesome attractions like Dare 2 Escape and Fun Spot America, all within a few kilometers to keep your weekend filled with endless fun; while the amenities like the modern TV and comfy beds were nice, the room could definitely use some upgrades, especially the blinds which made it hard to have privacy.

The heating and air conditioning worked effectively, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. One thing we appreciated was the tea and coffee facilities provided, allowing us to enjoy a hot beverage in the morning. we noticed that the sitting area lacked comfortable seating, making it challenging to relax in the room. Unfortunately, the dining table was wobbly and in need of repair, making it difficult to enjoy meals together. The lack of garden furniture was disappointing as we would have liked to spend time outdoors. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, but we were disappointed to find that there was no washing machine or dryer available in the room. the cookware and kitchen utensils were limited, making it challenging to prepare meals. We found the AM/FM alarm clock to be a useful amenity, but the flat-screen TV had poor reception and limited channels. The carpeted floor in the room was stained and could benefit from a deep clean. Housekeeping services were inconsistent, and the room was not always thoroughly cleaned during our stay. We also found that the on-site shops and commercial services were limited, making it challenging to purchase essentials. Although we had heard about a happy hour at the property, it was not well-advertised, and we missed out on this feature.

The pools were a blast! We loved the tiki bar and friendly staff, especially Rocky, who served up great drinks. Our unit had a full kitchen and washing machine, making it so convenient for family time!
