I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton for a week-long vacation and it was absolutely amazing! The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud and the turn down service was impeccable. The hospitality from the staff was top notch and the pictures in the advertisement were true to life. I was able to relax in the cozy chairs I had hoped for and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The cotton sheets were a luxurious touch and the spa manager, David, provided quality service. The vegan soup with kale and black-eyed peas was fabulous, and I loved the heated pool and plush towels.

Room service and restaurant staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The hotel staff, from valet to housekeeping to concierge, were all amazing. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the ocean. The beach was beautiful, clean, and great for walking. The staff were welcoming, remembered our names, and made us feel special.

As women traveling alone, we felt incredibly safe and well taken care of. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The beach lounges, towels, and umbrellas were all complimentary, making our beach days even more enjoyable. The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning ocean views. The luxurious facilities made us feel like we were on a pampering getaway.

The facilities were great - luxurious room with stunning views, felt like our own condo. Salt restaurant had excellent service and food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing, with delicious omelettes. Loved using the bikes to explore the trails. Perfect for bigger groups of friends.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Fernandina Beach for a week-long anniversary celebration. The food at the hotel was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The facilities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed and pillows, a great pool, and even complimentary bike rentals. The property was well-maintained and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We also received a room upgrade and daily newspaper, adding a nice touch to our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if they had more variety of breakfast items.

The staff was always cheerful and accommodating. They were ready to assist and meet any of our needs. Additionally, the hotel's lush grounds and beautiful ocean views were captivating. It was a great location for enjoying the beach and the surrounding area.

During peak checkout time, there was no one available to open or close doors. It would have been better if there was someone assigned to handle this.

The meals, including the breakfast buffet, were first class. The hotel facilities, such as the beach setup with chairs and umbrellas, were fantastic. The staff at the beach were fantastic as well. The hotel staff, including the restaurant and room service staff, were friendly and helpful.
