Perfectly situated for exploring Pigeon Forge and beyond!

The hotel was right on the main drag, making it super easy to stroll around and check out local attractions like Dollywood, which is just a short drive away, and the Old Mill distillery that's only a few minutes on foot! We loved that we were within walking distance of great spots like the Smoky Mountain Car Museum and several fantastic eateries, including Huck Finn's Catfish and Smokies Cuban Cafe, allowing us to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The indoor and outdoor pool were nice touches for winding down after a day of exploration, and the staff was friendly and accommodating! The rooms were generally clean, although some areas could use a little more attention, but it didn’t really take away from our wonderful experience enjoying everything Pigeon Forge has to offer!

Great location, quiet yet close to Main Street. Spacious room with nice handicap bathroom and walk-in shower. Friendly staff and clean. Loved the breakfast area, roomy with a good spread. Older hotel but updated inside, felt charming. Price was right, location and breakfast were highlights. Wouldn’t trade for a chain hotel, we enjoyed it here!

Vacation Lodge offers a fantastic location within walking distance to numerous food options and attractions. The staff are exceptionally welcoming, and the breakfast area is spacious and well-maintained. Enjoyed the cozy fire pit, adding a lovely touch to the overall experience despite some minor room issues.

The deluxe queen room was clean and spacious—definitely worth the upgrade. The beds were comfortable, though a bit high for easy access. Temperature control was effective, but we struggled with cigarette smoke from neighbors seeping in. The hardwood floors were dirty; our socks turned black from walking on them. The fridge struggled to keep food unfrozen due to inadequate shelving. The breakfast area was nice, but options were limited and not diabetic-friendly. The pool and hot tub were inviting, and the fire pit added a cozy touch.

The hotel's location was great, with convenient amenities nearby like laundry and an indoor pool. We even had a lovely surprise with a firepit on-site, perfect for cozy evenings.

The room didn't quite match the online photos, and the pool was much smaller than expected, always crowded. The beds were only full-sized, not queens, and on the last night, a noisy leaking hot tub disrupted our sleep, leading us to leave early at 3 am.

The place was a letdown. Our room felt cramped with dirty furniture and a malfunctioning shower. The balcony chairs were broken, and the air conditioner barely worked. it just felt neglected and not worth the price we paid.

Ideal location near major attractions. Comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Convenient parking right in front of the room added to the ease of our stay. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful, particularly George, our housekeeper from Jamaica, who stood out with his exceptional service. cleanliness left much to be desired. Encountered baby cockroaches and an unpleasant shower. Noise from the outside was disruptive, making it difficult to rest. Breakfast options were reasonable but could improve. The facility needs serious updating. With the right attention to these issues, it could reach its full potential. Until then, proceed with caution.
