we were charged for old, dirty bedsheets, clearly an attempt to scam. our 'pool view' room was just a view of brick walls, and our bathroom barely locked. I almost enjoyed the stay until these issues ruined it, not to mention the dreadful breakfast options. id be shocked if the place ever received a real four stars.

Room decoration, breakfast variety, hidden charges

Clean rooms and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately, we faced issues with the deposit. Despite checking out two weeks ago, the $100 hold has yet to be released. Moreover, the room wasn't cleaned during our three-night stay, which was incredibly disappointing. We also encountered a loud air conditioning unit that made sleeping difficult.

We loved the family-friendly atmosphere and fantastic play areas for the kids! The breakfast offered a great variety which was perfect for my picky eaters, and the location was incredibly convenient, just minutes from the Disney parks and other attractions.

Our only concern was the pressure to join their Time Share program during our stay.

The breakfast experience was unforgettable, especially those Mickey-shaped waffles and real silverware! The outdoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks, and I enjoyed lounging in the garden area too. Just a heads up, the pool opened later than expected on our last day, so plan your swim accordingly! 😊
