The hotel had a spacious and comfortable room with a great view. It was clean and well-maintained. The pool was a nice feature and we enjoyed spending time there. The onsite coffee shop offered delicious beverages and the staff there was friendly and helpful. The steakhouse at the hotel was outstanding and we had a memorable dining experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. One more advantage that we enjoyed was the convenient training area available at the hotel.

We were disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. The price of the hotel was quite high and we felt that it was overpriced for what was offered. Additionally, we encountered issues with the hot water during our stay. The staff failed to inform us about the hot water problem when we checked in late at night and we only discovered it the next morning. This was a major inconvenience and disrupted our plans. while the hotel had some positive aspects, the high price and lack of hot water made our experience less enjoyable.

I loved the location of this hotel! It was so convenient to be able to walk to the country music museum and all the great shops nearby. I appreciated the fridge in the room to keep my drinks cold, especially during the hot weather. Despite not having a perfect experience in the room, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Overall I’d recommend this hotel.

Great location near Broadway and Ryman Theater, and convenient service from UPS store. Barlines and Kitchen Notes restaurants have friendly staff and great menu. Clean and cozy rooms with comfortable beds, Keurig, mini fridge, and lighted closet. Front desk, concierge, and shuttle staff are accommodating and pleasant. The lobby has multiple seating areas and a nice fireplace.

This hotel is near everything downtown! You can walk to Broadway and all the attractions with ease. The staff is fantastic, always ready to help with a smile. Rooms are clean and have all the basic amenities included.

The room was spacious and had great amenities like a mini-bar and a comfortable sitting area. The dining options were top-notch, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area to choose from. The rooftop pool was a real treat, with beautiful views and plenty of sun loungers to relax on. The spa and wellness center was a great addition, with a sauna and a variety of massage treatments available. I had a wonderful experience at this place.

Spent my Christmas at this hotel and it was one of my best experiences ever! The complimentary minibar and warm cookies they gave us every day were a sweet touch. The location was perfect, everything was nearby and we never had to use a car. And the best part? The rooftop pool with the amazing city views! We spent a lot of time there, enjoying the warmth of the sun and the breeze.

The price. It was a bit steep, but in all honesty, it was worth every penny for the great location and the wonderful amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, right in the heart of downtown, close to all the activities in the area. It was walking distance to everything I wanted to visit, including the Country Music Hall of Fame. The staff was fabulous and the roof top pool was a big plus. The room was great and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Everything was clean and well-maintained.
