i had a relaxing stay during my spa holidays, and the hotel exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in clegg. the renovated bathroom was a standout, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and fulfilling. overall, it's a pleasant place to unwind after exploring the area.

Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by several issues. The room I was assigned had a lingering odor, and the AC struggled to keep the place cool. Additionally, I noticed that the bathroom sliding door didn't function properly, making it a challenge to use the restroom. Such inconveniences made it difficult to enjoy my stay fully.

The room was beautifully clean and comfortable, with great bathroom products. Unfortunately, the thermostat didn’t work properly, leaving me cold at night.

i almost gave a good review, but then i remembered my room had the unpleasant odor of wet dog, and the staff completely ignored my pleas for assistance. the sliding door to the restroom was a delight, if your idea of delight is feeling trapped. such a shame i was not given a room upgrade for the inconvenience. really disappointing!

I had a pleasant three-night stay overall. The guest room was clean, but the bathroom's sliding barn doors were aesthetically pleasing yet hard to use. The pool area needs more attention—algae and scum were present. Consider dining out since the restaurant had limited service. Bring your own towels for the pool!

I almost gave a good review, but how could I when my room had the odor of wet dog, and the AC was broken? To top it off, I expected a welcome gesture for my troubles but was utterly ignored, leaving me feeling less than special. Unbelievable! The only nice thing was the poor breakfast, but it doesn’t make up for the rest.

I had an amazing stay! The friendly staff truly made a difference, especially Ajah at the front desk who was super helpful. The conveniently located hotel is just a short drive to the airport and offers a beautiful pool area that was a joy to relax in after exploring. I can't wait to return!

Had a great stay last week! The pool was refreshing, but the jacuzzi was out of service. Loved my room's elegant shower and the delicious breakfast!

the lobby had a great ambience and is perfect for hanging out. the shower was a bit outdated and could use an upgrade in appearance.
