The lack of transparency and immediate resolution tarnished the overall experience upon arrival.

So close to all the hotspots – Universal, Disney, and SeaWorld – we felt like we were in the center of the action. And the golf villas were so cool! We had a blast hitting the nearby golf course and even took some lessons. It was like living the dream!

We wish there were more late-night activities for young party animals like us. A happening nightclub or some cool events on-site would have really made our stay complete!

the resort was very clean, and the unit we stayed in was super close to everything. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the engineering guy's quick help with our air conditioning issue was a highlight. we also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the thoughtful provision of Tide for the in-unit washer - making laundry a breeze.

The 2-bedroom villa was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The kids loved the pools and the playroom. We also enjoyed having breakfast in the villa and grilling by the pool. it was a great family vacation experience.

I recently stayed at Marriott's Grande Vista for a week-long vacation. The balcony provided a breathtaking view, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The room was immaculately clean, complete with a cute kitchenette and all the necessary dishes. The easy access to wifi and the private balcony were added bonuses. The staff, particularly Rosnel from the sweet shop, as well as Jay and Fatima from the front desk, were incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. The ongoing renovations gave the property a fresh look with new paint jobs, making it even more appealing. The entertainment, such as the dueling pianos, was excellent and added to my overall enjoyment.

This hotel provided great value for money, with comfortable rooms that had jacuzzis and nice balconies with pleasant views. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service. The breakfast was included, but it was very expensive if not included, so be sure to take advantage.

The Reception staff were helpful and the Grill restaurant provided a perfect meal after a long flight from Europe. The employees were polite and provided fast, on-point service. The villa felt like a home away from home, and the grounds were clean with beautiful surroundings. The resort amenities and activities were amazing, making it convenient for families with little kids.
