The view of the river from my room at L'Auberge Casino Resort was stunning. the staff was friendly, professional, and well-trained in customer service. the cold drink machine in the casino was convenient, and the buffet was delicious, earning a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. the outdoor patio by the river was a lovely spot to relax, the Modern Cafe had amazing cookies, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I've already booked my second trip and can't wait to return!

The views from my hotel room at L'Auberge were simply breathtaking. I could see the beautiful landscape stretching out before me, with the lake glistening in the distance. The mesmerizing sight truly made my stay unforgettable.

The water in my room only went from cold to very hot with no in-between, making it quite difficult to have a comfortable shower experience.

The spa treatment was excellent - way better than the photos. DEFINITELY coming back!

I recently stayed at L'Auberge Casino Resort Lake Charles and was impressed by the extensive facilities and luxurious amenities. The 24-hour business center and complimentary Wi-Fi made it convenient for me to work while travelling. The well-appointed guest room provided a comfortable and relaxing stay, with free bottled water, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of.

Although the overall experience at L'Auberge was exceptional, I did notice a minor issue with the air quality in the room. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke, likely due to the air conditioner and heater units.

the hotel was super clean and the staff were friendly and well-trained. the location is awesome, and i loved the view of the river from my room. one slot attendant took time out of her morning to help me when i was winning big.

My friends and I had a blast at the electronic table gaming and watching the multi-talented comedian's sold-out show. The High Card Flush game was thrilling, and the resort provided everything from clubs to sunglasses. Plus, the chance to win 25 years of Big Game Tickets was the cherry on top!

We just wished for even more late-night entertainment options for young party-goers.

The staff was super friendly, helpful, and attentive, the casino had a great variety and was very fun, and the food was amazing, especially Asia! The property is gorgeous. 🌟

Great pool and spa, but check-in was very frustrating and noisy.

The fried fish at Ember Grille & Wine Bar will make your taste buds dance a fais do-do. The poolside snack bar's crème brûlée is like a sweet kiss from a Cajun angel. Plus, the Jack Daniel's Bar & Grill serves up dishes hotter than a Louisiana summer night.

The noise from neighboring rooms was a bigger buzzkill than a flat crawfish boil. The trek to our room felt like a Mardi Gras parade route.

Wonderful stay with great service at L'Auberge Casino Resort Lake Charles. Ember Grille & Wine Bar was amazing, and Travis L. made our evening special. Beautiful pool, great casino, and cozy atmosphere. A minor issue with shower drainage, but overall a fantastic experience. Will definitely return.

The ambience at L'Auberge Casino Resort Lake Charles was cozy with big fireplaces burning, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Jasmine at check-in was helpful. The staff was friendly and professional, and breakfast at Southern Kitchen was excellent. However, the room mix-up and pool security issue affected my stay negatively. The relaxation facilities like the spa and swimming pool were enjoyable, and nearby landmarks like the Mardi Gras Museum of Imperial Calcasieu added to the family bonding experience.

The comedy show at the resort had us in stitches! The comedian's performance left everyone in uproarious laughter and tears. It was like having a non-stop ab workout from all the chuckling. The show was a real mood-lifter.

The daily use of the Fitness Facility was a great way to start my day, offering a perfect blend of modern equipment and a serene atmosphere. I indulged in a facial treatment, incorporating gentlemen's products known for delivering visible results. The fragrant and renewing combination of scrub, wrap, cream, and oils left me feeling refreshed, especially for this time of year. The 80-minute version even included a specialty facial massage tailored to my skin's specific needs. Additionally, I appreciated being able to purchase a good cigar and basic toiletry items to enjoy poolside. The opportunity to extend my Spa du Lac experience by taking home a selection of professional products and distinctive accessories added an extra touch to my visit.
