We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the harbor just a short distance away. We loved the room amenities, including the ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were great, very welcoming and friendly. We really appreciated the welcome drink and happy hour. The breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choices. We enjoyed using the fitness center and the 24-hour security made us feel safe.

Recently stayed at Masterpiece Hotel for a few nights. Location was perfect, with a beautiful view of Morro Rock. Short walk to the harbor and promenade. Enjoyed the spa and was pleasantly surprised by the free wine and cheese. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, as it was very close to the bay and the waterfront. We could walk to many restaurants and boat hire. The room was spacious and very clean with everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was basic but good. We loved the glass of wine and cheese/crackers on arrival in the lobby. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends!

The hotel could benefit from some small makeovers such as new carpets or fresh paint, but this doesn't detract from the overall positive experience.

One of the worst aspects was that the hot tub was not available at the posted hours, which disappointed both us and the kids. the hotel also seemed to be short-staffed, as they couldn't check us in early due to rooms not being cleaned until 4pm, which is a bit late for a check-in time.
