I had a fantastic stay at this stunning hotel! The location was perfect, nestled in a beautiful area surrounded by breathtaking waterfalls. It was also conveniently close to downtown, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The service was top-notch, with attentive room service and helpful staff who went above and beyond to meet my needs. The amenities were exceptional, from the luxurious spa and wellness center to the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna, which provided the perfect relaxation after a long day of exploring. The on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area were also great, offering a variety of delicious food and drinks. this place exceeded my expectations and provided a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.

The holiday decorations were absolutely stunning! The hotel was adorned with beautiful lights and festive displays that created a magical atmosphere. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We also loved the fact that the rooms were clean and well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable and cozy stay.

The check-in process was quite frustrating. We waited in line for over an hour, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized.

Attended the Opry and stayed for a night. Convenient location next to the venue. Parking was easy, with helpful staff directing us to the nearest self-parking area. Room had a balcony overlooking the stunning atrium, complete with peaceful waterfalls. The lights, decorations, and shops in the hotel were great. Food was delicious and beds were comfortable. Valet parking was reliable. Will definitely plan more stays, as we loved it!

had a great time at the resort! the food and service were amazing, especially at the Cascades restaurant. the room was nice and clean, and we enjoyed the Thanksgiving dinner and the ice rink show.

The hotel had beautiful waterfalls, fountains, and plants. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was close to the Outlet Mall and within walking distance of many good places to eat.

We stayed in a room with small opening, and the low-quality toiletries. Breakfast lacked variety, but we enjoyed the lovely pub in the evening. The Arcade was pretty small, but it was still a good spot for us to spend time.

The shuttle service was too expensive.

Rooms where equipped with microwaves and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The shuttle buses were very handy and the hotel gardens were spectacular.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at this breathtaking resort. The first time we laid our eyes on it, we were in awe and promised ourselves we would return. The facility itself is stunning, with enchanting waterfalls and fountains. We loved starting our day with breakfast from the on-site Starbucks, enjoying it on our balcony overlooking the Cascades atrium. The staff was mostly friendly, the beds were super comfortable, and our Parlor room with the Murphy Bed was spacious. Plus, the location was perfect, with plenty of great dining options and a large mall nearby. Make sure to visit during the holidays when the atrium is beautifully decorated!
