Parking was steep at $32 per night and food options were quite limited and pricy. The cleanliness of our tub left something to be desired, which was disappointing. I'd recommend heading out for meals instead.

Cory at the front desk was wicked helpful, got us a wheelchair for my dad and even upgraded my parents for Mom’s 80th! Dinner at Ravello was on point, staff was super nice. Water shows and the cozy indoor gardens just made it special. Definitely gonna miss those fountain vibes.

the only thing that sounds good is the beauty of the resort, but of course, the rooms don't reflect that. I felt so slighted not receiving a complimentary treat for our anniversary. Absolutely terrible.

Had an awesome time with friends! We hit the SoundWaves water park and loved the lush cabanas. The indoor gardens were incredible, and the staff were super friendly throughout. Just a heads up, it costs $30 for the shuttle to the airport, which is more affordable than a taxi!
