The hotel is surrounded by a vibrant area, just a short stroll from amazing attractions like SoundWaves, the Opryland Museum, and the lively Opry Mills shopping center, so you can easily immerse yourself in Nashville's charm, enjoy the picturesque indoor gardens, and take in the live music at the falls right on the grounds; the rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a nice retreat after a day of exploration, though some aspects of the experience, like parking and check-in, could use a bit more attention.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the temperature control was a bit tricky; it took a while to find the ideal setting. Unfortunately, our room's location meant that we could hear noise from the nearby waterpark equipment, which was disruptive. Cleanliness could be improved, as we found nail clippings on the floor upon arrival. The amenities were satisfactory, but the long check-in process caused unnecessary delays. Despite these issues, the staff's friendliness and attentiveness made the stay more enjoyable.

I was really disappointed with the bathroom situation—we got locked out right at check-in! It took maintenance ages to help us, which threw off our whole day.

The water park was a blast for the kids. We loved the clean slides and arcade, even though it cost a bit more.

It's massive and walking around it feels like a magical experience. There are so many restaurants, bars, and shops nestled among the greenery, which I found to be truly amazing. there were some downsides too. Our room was a bit dated, with worn-out furniture and fixtures. The pillows definitely needed an upgrade, and the fact that we were given a full accessibility room for our upgrade wasn't ideal. The room was facing the waterfalls, which made it a bit noisy, but the blackout curtains helped. On the amenities side, I missed having a microwave to warm up my coffee or tea. The paid parking fee was a bit steep, and the additional resort fee felt like a bit of a rip-off. The Wi-Fi should have been complimentary in this day and age, in my opinion. Navigating the hotel was a bit confusing at times, as we and other guests often ended up getting lost. The staff language barrier was a challenge too. One memorable negative was a disappointing dining experience in one of the restaurants, which left a lot to be desired. Despite these issues, I did appreciate the beautiful plants and architecture, and the hotel did offer a lot in terms of amenities and facilities.

This resort dazzles with its beautiful waterfalls and lush atriums. An interior room is a must—falling asleep to the gentle sounds of the music and water is bliss. The dining options, especially Mission BBQ, were highlights. the extra costs are steep; parking feels excessive, and the nightly water show was underwhelming. Service can be hit or miss, and our room cleanliness left something to be desired. Crowded pools during peak times made it tough to relax, and communication with staff was often difficult. Despite these quirks, the atmosphere is undeniably captivating.

That place had me at hello! Just wow, a massive indoor jungle with relaxation spots all over the place. The spa was top-notch, and my wife is still raving about it. A few signs around the place could be clearer, but no biggie, didn't ruin our holiday spirit. Truly worth the drive for a cool, chill vibe 🌿.

Super clean rooms with comfy beds and a nice balcony. We had a lovely view of the Halloween laser show and could hear the river ride. Great guest service, plus there's easy access to food and shops. Loved the outdoor bars with live music. Spa facilities were top-notch with a hot tub and sauna. Transfer buses to the mall were handy.

The Christmas decorations shine bright, creating a festive vibe that's hard to resist. The atriums are filled with lights, and there's a lot to explore and eat.

Just make sure your room is clean before settling in.
