This hotel is just a few steps from T-Mobile and right on the Strip, making it so easy to walk to attractions like the MGM Grand and the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood which are just a short stroll away, while the spacious, comfortable rooms with amazing views and great amenities like a smoke-free environment really enhance the stay, although the decor could use a little refreshing.

Fantastic location on the Strip. The hotel feels more chill than others. Loved the spacious non-smoking room with a great view. The pools are awesome, and there’s a nice variety of restaurants. Spa facilities are top-notch with massages and a steam room. Staff were super friendly. Only downside was no coffee maker and fridge in the room.

The location is a goldmine. It's super close to awesome dining and entertainment options. The on-site club is a total blast and the rooms are clean and stylish.

Non-smoking status is a bonus. The on-site Italian deli? Good food, slightly overpriced. Our king room was spacious and updated. Loved the power ports and Strip view. The shower pressure was excellent, though a second sink would have been welcome. Staff were friendly, but key access was a hassle; you can’t go up with your key. The lack of in-room coffee facilities and a fridge is a miss, especially at this price point. Room cleanliness fell short, and communication was lacking. There’s potential here, but improvements are needed.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sitting area where we could relax after a long day of exploring the city. we were disappointed to find that there were no ironing facilities in the room, which made it a bit challenging to keep our clothes wrinkle-free. The heating and air conditioning in the room worked well, ensuring we were always at a comfortable temperature. We appreciated the flat-screen TV provided for some entertainment in the evenings. Unfortunately, we found the carpeted floor to be a bit outdated and could have been cleaner. One of the issues we encountered was the lack of a mini-bar in the room, which meant we had to go out to purchase drinks and snacks. the paid Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bit expensive, and we would have preferred complimentary access. the housekeeping staff was friendly and kept our room tidy throughout our stay. We also made use of the valet parking service, which was convenient but came at an extra cost.

Our experience at Park MGM was wonderful! The spacious, stylishly decorated rooms made us feel at home, and the location couldn’t be better, right on the Las Vegas Strip. Dining at Roy Choi's Best Friend was a highlight—we definitely recommend making a reservation!

The thermostat placement near the AC duct made the room uncomfortably warm, and I struggled to sleep. It felt like they just wanted to cut corners instead of prioritizing guest comfort.
