During our stay at the Waldorf Astoria, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received. The hotel staff went above and beyond to rectify any issues we had, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free. One particular incident stands out - when we were given our suite, it was immaculately cleaned and beautifully decorated, making us feel truly welcomed. The amenities and facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed lounging by the pool and being treated to excellent service by the friendly bar staff. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to Disney parks. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the need for clearer hotel information and slightly expensive meals, we had an overall delightful experience at the Waldorf Astoria. We highly recommend staying at this hotel for a memorable and luxurious experience.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent and the room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location was perfect, with access to resort pools and a great view of the Disney fireworks. The staff treated me exceptionally well and were always friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay at the Waldorf Astoria. the bed was incredibly comfy, and the room was clean and nicely decorated. the hotel's location was perfect for our needs. the staff, especially Donovan, was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. He even surprised my daughter with a stuffed toy and a letter from Santa. If all the staff were as fantastic as Donovan, it would be truly exceptional. the pool area was beautiful, with fire pits and heat lamps for cooler days. And as a fan of Nespresso coffee machines, I loved having one in our room.

Loved the quick and easy check-in process, thanks to the friendly and efficient front desk staff. the spa was absolutely amazing, with an incredible massage and complimentary champagne. the pool area was beautiful, with comfortable lounge chairs and two towels per guest.

The hotel charges exorbitant resort and parking fees, making it less attractive compared to other options. Housekeeping was a major disappointment.

I recently stayed at a really nice 5-star hotel near Disney. The location was perfect for outlet shopping and visiting the theme parks. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the resort as a whole was great.

This luxury hotel exceeded my expectations. the exclusive amenities and exceptional service provided by the staff left me feeling pampered and relaxed. the spa and wellness centre were a highlight, offering an array of treatments and a peaceful environment.

Although minor, I found the options in the snack bar somewhat limited. Apart from that, I enjoyed every aspect of this hotel, from the delicious meals at the restaurant to the comfortable and stylish exclusive room features.

The suite we stayed in had stunning views of both the golf course and the pool. We even got to watch the Disney fireworks from our own private veranda. The room was spacious and elegant, and everything was spotlessly clean. The turndown service was a nice touch, with the ice buckets being filled and the room being made immaculate. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. They even made a fuss about my wife's birthday, which was a lovely surprise. The Bull and Bear restaurant served excellent food and had outstanding service. The pool area was gorgeous, and the fitness room was top-notch. We are frequent travelers and usually stay at high-end properties like the Four Seasons or the Ritz Carlton, but this hotel definitely met our expectations. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of usb charging in the suite and the high prices for dining options, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was beautiful, with top-notch furniture and bedding. The bathroom was fully equipped, and the toiletries were excellent. The service was outstanding, from the check-in to the checkout, and we were always assisted with a smile. The breakfast buffet was tasty, with many delicious options to choose from. The pool and common areas were lovely and well-maintained.

The view from our balcony was stunning, with a beautiful landscape of greenery and a golf course. It was the perfect spot to sit and relax, especially during the evening when we could enjoy the fireworks show in the distance. the staff at this hotel was simply outstanding. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist us with all our needs. the close proximity to the theme parks was also a major plus, making it convenient for us to visit them easily.

Although the hotel itself was beautiful, there were a few areas where it fell short. the parking situation was troublesome.
