Had a lekker time! The room was super spacious with a stunning view of the golf course, and the staff was super friendly—especially got treated like chommies by the shuttle drivers. Also, don’t miss the food at the restaurant, it was proper good!

The tennis channel wasn’t available, which was a bit of a letdown for me as I’m a total tennis junkie.

The tennis courts were a great highlight during my stay, enhancing my experience. I enjoyed the live music by the pool, which added a memorable touch to our evenings.

Unfortunately, my room was excessively cold upon arrival, making it uncomfortable to relax. It took hours for the heating to make a positive difference, which was frustrating. Additionally, I experienced issues with the ice machine being out of order, and despite requesting an ice bucket from the front desk, it never arrived, leading to more inconveniences during my stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Oak Creek condo section, which is about 1.5 miles from the main building. The convenience to the golf course and the beautifully landscaped grounds made for great morning walks. The facilities were excellent, and it felt like a serene escape while still being close to everything we wanted to explore.

One negative aspect was the limited parking availability during busy events.

The golf course was beautiful, and I had a fantastic massage at the spa that truly rejuvenated me. However, the dining options didn't meet my expectations, particularly the quality of the salmon, which was disappointing.

The sprawling grounds are fantastic for leisurely strolls, and having multiple pools and courts adds great recreational value.

Yet, noise levels can disrupt peace and slow service in dining areas leaves much to be desired.

The outdoor terraces need covering to manage weather better!!! Maintenance of pools left much to be desired, with debris left unattended!!! Free water bottles should be a basic offering at this price point!!!

This was just a great fit for a mini-break over the weekend in Napa with real value for money. The air conditioning in our room was surprisingly efficient, keeping us cool despite the heat outside. If you're looking for a good meal, plan to explore options outside since room service was hard to reach.

Although the kitchen in our suite was well-equipped, the room felt cramped, resembling a cruise cabin. Difficulties with the reservation department were notable, including unresponsive communications and rate discrepancies. The on-site tennis courts and multiple pools offered great recreational opportunities, although the golf course didn't justify its higher price point.

We had a lovely stay for one night. The property is beautifully landscaped, making it a great setting for a morning walk. The staff was incredibly friendly and the tennis courts were a highlight. A tip, if you plan to use the spa, consider the regular pool for a more budget-friendly option!
