I loved how this resort is just steps away from great hiking trails and interesting local spots like the Candle Shoppe of the Poconos and antique shops, making it easy to explore and soak in the beauty of the area while walking around; the staff were super friendly and the pool area was fantastic although a bit crowded at times, but the spot is really aimed at adults looking to unwind after a day of exploration.

Immaculate rooms. Perfect in every way. The service is exceptional—maid service addressed our minor mess promptly. Valet may have delays, but still efficient. The ambiance captivates, and Jake at the Italian restaurant consistently exceeds expectations. Breakfast at Guy Fieri's is delightful; the buffet impresses. a fridge would be essential. We wasted leftovers. The pool staff can improve; slow service and weak drinks at a premium. Security inconsistency is bothersome, making guests feel targeted. Coffee availability at 3 a.m. should be better communicated. Lastly, replace the mini-bar with refrigerators for leftovers; adults can manage their own drinks. This stay was memorable, despite these critical improvements needed. 10/10 for experience and staff.

The room was modern and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. I appreciated the ample linens and the spacious layout. The small complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch. While the room had a great view, noise control could be better. Temperature adjustment was straightforward, but there were minor concerns with overall upkeep. Staff were generally helpful, though some experiences at the front desk were less than ideal. Even with a few issues, the aesthetics and comfort of the room stood out positively during the stay.

Exceptional service, beautiful location, and delicious food.

I really wish there had been a fridge in our room. We had tons of leftovers and fruit that just went bad. I felt like I wasted money on food, plus it was super frustrating not having anywhere to keep things cold.

The ironing facilities were convenient for freshening up our clothes, although I did wish the iron had a better steam function. The heating worked well once it finally kicked in, but it did take a while for the room to warm up on colder evenings. The air conditioning was a bit noisy at times, but it did keep the room cool on warmer days. I particularly enjoyed having tea and coffee facilities in the room. It was nice to be able to make a cup of coffee first thing in the morning without having to leave the room. I found that the coffee machine was a bit tricky to operate, and the coffee pods provided were not to my taste. The mini-bar was adequately stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks, although the prices were a bit on the higher side. We opted not to indulge in the mini-bar offerings due to the cost. The sitting area in the room was cozy and provided a nice place to relax after a long day of exploring the resort. The garden furniture on the balcony was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views. The free toiletries provided were a nice addition, and I appreciated the quality of the products. The am/fm alarm clock and CD player were a fun throwback, although we mostly relied on our phones for music during our stay. Room service was prompt and efficient, and we enjoyed a delicious meal in the comfort of our room one evening. The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping the room clean and tidy throughout our stay. We did encounter some issues with valet parking, as there were times when we had to wait longer than expected for our car to be brought around. This caused some inconvenience when we were trying to stick to a tight schedule. our experience at Mount Airy Casino was mixed.

The live music in the evening was a nice touch. Our view was blocked by dumpsters, which was disappointing.

Great staff and comfy vibes

This place had awesome staff from check-in to check-out. The valet service was a nice perk, and everyone was super helpful. The VIP pool area was the highlight; our waitress was stellar! Food was pretty good too, not too pricey. The lobby smelled a bit like smoke, which kinda sucked.

This trip was a total chill fest! The beds felt like clouds, and the pool area was perfect for soaking up sun. Plus, the staff treated us like royalty, making our stay so special!
