The Deluxe Queen Room was so clean and cozy, we felt right at home! The indoor outdoor pool was perfect for our family's relaxation time. Plus, the variety of delicious food options at the hotel made every meal a treat!

Had a comfy room with a nice bathroom—very clean! Did take a nice long soak in a relaxing bath, but that shower handle? Took me a while to crack the code!

Figured the shower was broken, but nope, just me. You'd think I could figure it out, but I may need to put my engineering hat on for that one!

The pool hours need to be extended!!! A late-night swim would enhance the experience. The smoky lobby smell is off-putting for non-smokers!!! More diverse meal options are essential, as dining offsite isn't easy!!!

the view at the resort is super nice, and the staff is really friendly and happy. got a cozy room with a great vibe. the pool is awesome for chillin, and the food options weren't bad at all. the valet service is top notch, made me feel my car was in good hands.

The Lakeview suite was a spectacular surprise, offering stunning views and generous space. Housekeeping staff stood out, particularly the friendly Maria. Dining exceeded expectations. Guy Fieri's restaurant served the delicious Manchego ratatouille, and breakfast was consistently good with attentive service. The indoor/outdoor pool provided a fun atmosphere, though it was quite busy with families. One downside was the mini-bar fridge being weight-sensitive, which limited its use for personal items.

the mini bar was a letdown. taking up unnecessary space and too pricey! ! but the casino was super clean and organized. The pool was perfect for relaxing. the outdoor pool looked inviting too. wish it was open!

It was just a suitable option for a weekend rest in Mount Pocono with decent value for money. The food at Bisteca Restaurant was great, and Leroy provided excellent service. Make sure to clarify ID requirements before your visit to avoid hassles.

I got the Deluxe King Room, and it was super cozy! The robes were nice and comfy, perfect for lounging. The room felt clean and modern, but I did notice a little spot near the tub that could’ve used better attention. Other than that, it had a great vibe, and I digged the views. Definitely worth it for a chill stay.

the room was great with excellent housekeeping. i loved the lively bar area and the outdoor pool surrounded by lush greenery. valet parking was a real convenience. the staff were friendly and welcoming!
