Water sport facilities were fun and offered various activities. The beach was very rocky and difficult to walk on.

Loved the location near the beach and restaurants. The resort was really nice with well-landscaped grounds and awesome pools. Our room in Ali'i Tower had air conditioning, a balcony, and a kitchenette. The kids' pool was a hit! Great on-site food and nearby dining options. Receptionist was lovely, and our adjacent rooms were perfect.

Our check-in was a nightmare, with long lines and confusion about which tower to go to. Plus, the room wasn’t what we booked, and we were left with outdated amenities and barely any towels for our family. So frustrating!

The resort offers easy access to the beach and is just a pleasant 20-minute walk from the bustling shops and restaurants of Waikiki, allowing for fantastic strolls and exploration opportunities, while Fort DeRussy Park next door provides stunning Diamond Head views and a serene ambiance; the pools, bars, and delicious dining options enhance the experience, but the rooms could use some updates to match the beautiful surroundings.

The views from the Rainbow Tower were breathtaking! The saltwater lagoon and beautiful pools kept the whole family entertained. Plus, the staff made us feel so welcome—I can't thank Crystal and Max enough for their amazing service!

Elevator waits will test your patience.

This hotel boasts a prime location with beautiful pools and easy beach access. The rooms are spacious, and the views, especially from the Deluxe Oceanfront rooms, are stunning. be prepared for long elevator waits and crowded amenities. Some room issues, like flooding showers and cleanliness concerns, detracted from the experience. Dining options on-site are varied, but I was disappointed by the food hygiene at the bar. Despite the shortcomings, watching fireworks from the beach was a highlight, as was spotting turtles in the lagoon. Balconies are perfect for soaking in the vibrant atmosphere.

The snooker tables were top-notch and well-maintained, perfect for some serious games. Staff were super helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for our play.

The balcony offered a stunning ocean view, enhancing relaxation. Unfortunately, the far-end location of the room made housekeeping inconsistent; one day, it wasn’t serviced at all. Noise wasn’t an issue, though I appreciated the serenity. Amenities nearby were abundant, but an all-you-can-eat buffet would have been a great addition. The fitness center felt cramped, with limited lifting areas. The property was clean, and the overall aesthetic was beautiful, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The bed was very comfortable, and having a mini fridge and coffee machine in the room was convenient. Daily housekeeping was a nice touch, ensuring our room stayed tidy throughout our stay. The private adults-only spa and pool in the tower were peaceful spots to relax away from the crowds. there were some areas that could be improved. The hotel reception was understaffed when we arrived, causing long queues for check-in. It took quite some time to be served, which was disappointing for a prestigious brand like Hilton. The room we were provided with in the Rainbow Tower felt outdated and not up to the standard we expected from a Hilton Hotel. The air conditioning had limited settings and was quite loud at the highest level, making it challenging to find a comfortable temperature. having to pay extra for umbrellas and chairs on the beach seemed unnecessary and should have been included in the hotel stay. there were disruptions during our stay due to renovations in the rooms above us, which was noisy and not communicated to us beforehand. It took some effort to be moved to another room, and the staff didn't seem too concerned about the inconvenience. The pools were often overcrowded, making it difficult to find a seat, as guests would reserve them and not return promptly. despite the beautiful surroundings and amenities, there were areas where Hilton Hawaiian fell short of expectations, particularly in terms of service efficiency, room quality, and managing disruptions during our stay. These issues detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience at the resort.

The Tropics breakfast offered excellent food options, and the property had well-kept and beautiful pool and beach areas for relaxation. However, I did find some of the staff at the resort restaurants to be unfriendly, and the lack of updated rooms and microwave in the room was a downside. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was positive, and the location and amenities provided a pleasant stay.

Rocky beach, slow check-in, and elevator issues were frustrating. Despite these challenges, the resort's layout, food, and friendly staff made for an enjoyable overall experience.

The Hilton Hawaiian Village boasts breathtaking partial ocean views and an expansive beach overlooking Diamond Head. I highly appreciated the friendly staff and the clean, beautiful pools. The property’s convenient shopping center added to the overall delightful experience. A perfect spot for family vacations!
