The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and even surprised me with an upgrade for my birthday, which was a wonderful touch! Despite the small rooms, the convenient location near Times Square and the thoughtful breakfast options made our stay enjoyable. The helpful reception staff and special birthday decorations made us feel truly welcomed and appreciated.

The COZY ROOM with great decor and a super comfy double bed was a highlight. Would definitely stay again. the room was better than in photos, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! You are just a short stroll away from Times Square, close to various subway stations, diners, and coffee shops. the room was cozy and well-designed, perfect for solo travelers. the $30 food voucher given at check-in was a pleasant surprise and the breakfast at the cafe next door was worth the wait.

It would be great if the cleaning policy could be improved. Waiting until the second day of stay for room cleaning can be inconvenient for guests staying longer.

omg 😍 the location was amazing! right by times square but not too crowded. the rooms were cozy and had everything we needed. the service was top-notch! the staff were so friendly. Only downside - breakfast was a bit meh 🤷‍♀️

I stayed at Moxy NYC Times Square for transit during my travel, and the convenience of being located within walking distance of central subway hubs like 34th Street Penn Station and 42nd Street Times Square was a major plus. the proximity to LaGuardia Airport, just 15 km away, made my transit arrangements smooth and hassle-free.

The small issue of a big puddle of water outside the shower stall was somewhat inconvenient, and I was told it was a common occurrence in many rooms. Nonetheless, this minor inconvenience did not detract too much from the overall pleasant stay at Moxy NYC Times Square.

Relaxation amenities like a night club and beauty treatments enhanced our stay, fostering family bonding amidst iconic NYC sights like the Empire State Building and Chrysler Building.

The staff, especially Phillip at the bar, were exceptional. The location in Times Square was perfect. Although no microwave in room, the friendly service and comfortable room made up for it. The gym and grab-and-go breakfast were a bonus!

Stayed at a really cool hotel with amazing interior. Rooms were tiny but well laid out and comfortable. The staff was helpful and provided bagged breakfasts. The rain showers were spacious, but took up half of the room. Great location, centrally located near Penn Station and Times Square. The lounge area was large and comfortable. Nearby restaurants had delicious food. Loved the rooftop happy hour with beautiful views. Will definitely stay here again.

The trendy seafood restaurant offered a diverse gastronomic selection that truly stood out, making it a rare find in the area. the convenient location near central subway hubs made getting around New York a breeze, especially compared to most other places.

The room was very noisy with street noise throughout the night, which affected my sleep. the absence of drinking water in the room was surprising, as it's a common amenity in most hotels.

Moxy offers easy access to Broadway and transit. Rooms feature great water pressure, cold a/c, and comfy beds. the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Enjoy free coffee on the second floor, daily food credit, and happy hour specials at Legasea. Well-priced for the location.

Room size is small. TV placement is inconvenient.
