During my stay, there were several disappointments that affected the overall experience. The cleanliness of the rooms was questionable, as one of our interconnecting rooms was not cleaned properly two of the four nights. We also faced issues with the room amenities—like not having basic supplies such as toilet paper and shower gel refreshed. Additionally, the need to pay for beach umbrellas felt unreasonable given the luxury price tag of the hotel.

The pools are fantastic, with vibrant atmospheres and great food by the bar. I truly enjoyed the beautiful views from our room and the friendly service from the staff, particularly the restaurant team and tram drivers who made our stay very pleasant.

The trek to the beach can be a bit lengthy.

my stay was just ok, to say the least. being kicked out of the adults pool for private events was absolutely ridiculous. also, i was so disappointed that an umbrella at the beach wasn't included with the outrageous service fees. i almost left a good review but just couldn't with such poor treatment. what a letdown.

The staff were all lekker and always smiling, making us feel right at home. Strolling down the boardwalk to the beach, we spotted some turtles and it felt like a mini-adventure each time! And can we talk about the dinners? Absolutely scrumptious and we had such a good time outside.

the walk to the beach through the mangroves was kinda cool too, felt like a little adventure. Close to this great coffee place with gluten free options too! the pool area is real nice and the food at aura restaurant was sooo good. staff were super friendly and really went outta there way to help us.

Mate, the beach is a right jam! Beautiful views and the staff are top-notch, making ya feel like royalty. But getting there was a faff, waiting ages for a ride. A bit pants, innit? Still, can’t fault the ambiance and the pools—it’s got the good vibes!

We had an unforgettable time there. The staff was exceptional, especially Julianna at the front desk,, who helped us extend our stay just when we thought we wanted to leave. The beach was a bit of a trek,, but the sunset views were breathtaking and worth every step.

The layout of the pool area was fantastic, providing a vibrant atmosphere that was lively yet not overwhelming. The tiki bar offered great drinks and snacks, and the Neapolitan pizza was a delicious highlight. Unfortunately, accessing the beach was quite a trek, taking around 20 minutes on foot or longer due to shared transportation with the public, which was inconvenient. The outdated room fell short of expectations with issues like a malfunctioning TV remote and uncomfortable beds, making for a less than restful night.

We also enjoyed some delicious nachos from the poolside snack bar. The service was a bit slow during our stay, but the staff were super friendly when we did get help. Just wish the beach access was a shorter walk.

The facilities are well-maintained, and the views from the rooms are stunning. Breakfast offered a great variety, although the food selection at the restaurants could be enhanced. Service was generally friendly and accommodating, especially towards pets, making the stay enjoyable for families. However, issues like delays in transportation to the beach and room cleanliness detracted from the experience. The outdated rooms and uncomfortable beds made for a less than restful stay.

The pool area was fantastic—super lively and perfectly maintained! Absolutely loved the tiki bar vibes and the relaxing spa massages. Definitely a place where you feel pampered without it feeling overly fancy!

But honestly, the shower had a bit of a moldy personality—I wasn’t expecting a science experiment! Plus, some missing towels led to a slippery surprise that wasn't as fun as it sounds.

The pool with a slide was a blast for my kids! We loved exploring the beach via the boardwalk and catching beautiful sunsets.

Felt like being home, no complaints whatsoever.
