A+ on safety, because duh, gotta stay healthy. Pool vibes from the top have got me feeling all that and a bag of chips. My stay had me browsing shops, sipping wine on the balcony, and chilling with room service. Winning!

Our stay at the spacious apartment for up to six people was perfect for our large family. The kids loved having their own space, and the amenities were ideal for both families and couples. Polo Towers offered a relaxing retreat from the energy of Sin City, providing a comfortable and cool escape from the Las Vegas heat.

In my wife's opinion, the rooftop pool was too shallow for older kids to fully enjoy.

The hotel's decor and general areas were beautifully designed, with comfortable seating and lovely greenery throughout the property. The accessibility for senior people was remarkable, with well-maintained elevators and spacious, easy-to-navigate hallways, making it a breeze for us seniors to move around and enjoy the facilities.

I would ask for better vacation experiences catering to senior people, including more dedicated assistance from the children of the staff.

During my transit in Las Vegas, I stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club at the Las Vegas Polo Towers, conveniently located just 4.1 km from the Monorail - Las Vegas Convention Center and 5 km from McCarran International Airport. The spacious suites with full kitchen and laundry amenities provided a comfortable and homely atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views, and the outdoor pool and onsite spa added to the relaxation.

The noise from the AC/heater in the closet was quite disruptive, often waking me up during the night. the self-parking area seemed insufficient for the number of guests, causing some inconvenience during my stay.

clean and comfy rooms - super close to all the attractions on the strip - local knowledge from the friendly staff, and a great for a Grand Canyon trip service.

The stunning rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views and was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The rooftop pool and hot tub were a fantastic bonus, and the grills allowed for a memorable evening of enjoying a delicious barbecue under the Vegas sky. The attentive concierge team provided valuable insights on navigating the city and discovering hidden gems, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

While the majority of the concierge team was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, one member seemed more focused on selling products than providing assistance.

The Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers Las Vegas was a delightful stay for my family. The staff were attentive, the apartment was stunning with a beautiful view of the Strip, and the location was unbeatable. Nearby landmarks like ARIA Resort & Casino and The Shops At Crystals added to our family bonding experience, although the cleaning service and administrative issues were lacking. Nonetheless, the overall care we received and the convenience of the facilities made our stay enjoyable.

Apart from the lack of a casino, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise, we had no complaints. The pull-out couch was surprisingly comfortable and the kitchen was a major plus.

Our stay at Polo Towers was absolutely mind-blowing! With no casino, it was the perfect low-key getaway. The two bedroom suite was super spacious and ideal for our Spring Break trip with our adult sons. The value for money was jaw-dropping and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were spotless and the central location on the strip was a huge plus. We can't wait to come back after the renovations and experience an even more AMAZING stay.

The suite was spacious and had a great view of the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions. We loved the convenience of the fully equipped kitchen and the option to fill the fridge with groceries. The gym was well-equipped and the rooftop pool was a peaceful oasis with stunning views.

There were a few negatives during our stay. The check-in process was slow and the staff seemed disorganized.
