They even went above and beyond to assist us when we accidentally left our purse in the safe after check-out. the spacious king suite we got was beyond comfy and had all the amenities you could wish for, including a lovely kitchen and a relaxing spa tub. the rooftop pool was a real treat! A little haven in the heart of Vegas, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. the convenient location meant we were close to all the action on the strip but still felt like we had a peaceful retreat to return to.

One thing that could be improved is the breakfast option - while there are some on-site snacks available, the breakfast service didn't quite live up to the price tag. the surrounding area felt a bit quiet, with many shops and restaurants closed.

our recent stay at Polo Towers Vacation Club was amazing. having a kitchen and lounge area made it very convenient for us with the children. the staff were lovely and always greeted us warmly. the location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet. the check-in and check-out process was extremely quick, which we appreciated.

Our stay at the spacious apartment for up to six people was perfect for our large family. The kids loved having their own space, and the amenities were ideal for both families and couples. Polo Towers offered a relaxing retreat from the energy of Sin City, providing a comfortable and cool escape from the Las Vegas heat.

In my wife's opinion, the rooftop pool was too shallow for older kids to fully enjoy.

The hotel's decor and general areas were beautifully designed, with comfortable seating and lovely greenery throughout the property. The accessibility for senior people was remarkable, with well-maintained elevators and spacious, easy-to-navigate hallways, making it a breeze for us seniors to move around and enjoy the facilities.

I would ask for better vacation experiences catering to senior people, including more dedicated assistance from the children of the staff.

The spot was right in the mix of things, super handy. They hooked me up with an early check-in which was a real bonus after my super early flight. The wifi was solid, and the trek to the strip was a breeze. The new room they moved me to was a sweet surprise after the first was all over the place. Plus, the pool vibes were totally chill! 🌴 Soft pillows could use an upgrade, but no biggie.

Had a FANTASTIC STAY in LV at a luxurious suite with a full kitchen and great location behind the weight room. the spa & pool were even better than the photos! Would definitely return.

During my transit in Las Vegas, I stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club at the Las Vegas Polo Towers, conveniently located just 4.1 km from the Monorail - Las Vegas Convention Center and 5 km from McCarran International Airport. The spacious suites with full kitchen and laundry amenities provided a comfortable and homely atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views, and the outdoor pool and onsite spa added to the relaxation.

The noise from the AC/heater in the closet was quite disruptive, often waking me up during the night. the self-parking area seemed insufficient for the number of guests, causing some inconvenience during my stay.

clean and comfy rooms - super close to all the attractions on the strip - local knowledge from the friendly staff, and a great for a Grand Canyon trip service.

The attentive concierge team provided valuable insights on navigating the city and discovering hidden gems, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

While the majority of the concierge team was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, one member seemed more focused on selling products than providing assistance.
