He went above and beyond to help us with various issues, like assisting my daughter with her wallet and providing my son with a mask. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the city and nearby amenities. The rooms were clean and spacious, just as advertised. a great experience, and I would definitely book again in the future.

The room was spacious and had a nice jacuzzi, definitely a great feature. The front desk staff were friendly and even upgraded us for free. The 24-hour security roaming the property made us feel safe.

The information about the airport transfer was misleading. It was only available upon request and only ran on the hour, which was inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay! The king bed was comfortable and the room had two bathrooms, two TVs, and two heaters. The room was warm and clean, with fresh towels and extra toilet paper provided. The resort fee was only $14 and they had free parking. The hotel is off the strip but still close enough, and there are several pools for families to enjoy. The room size was great, with a door separating the living room from the bedroom. We appreciated the convenience of having a bathroom door from both sides. The hotel also had a refrigerator and microwave, which was a plus.
