We absolutely loved our stay at this venue! The location was perfect, right on the parade route and within walking distance of all the popular tourist spots. We were in the center of downtown and just minutes away from the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The service was top-notch, with room service available for added convenience. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with any of our needs. The hotel offered a range of amenities, from car hire to dry cleaning, making our stay even more comfortable. Our room was beautifully furnished and had all the necessary amenities to ensure a cozy and enjoyable stay. We appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance provided.

My recent stay at the hotel was exceptional. The location was perfect for exploring the French Quarter and enjoying all that New Orleans has to offer. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had a memorable experience. From the moment we checked in, we were treated with kindness and professionalism. The front desk manager, Justin, was particularly outstanding. Despite a long line, he took the time to assist us and even gave us a room upgrade. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made us feel truly valued as guests. Additionally, the hotel amenities were top-notch. We enjoyed delicious meals at the on-site restaurants and appreciated the convenience of being able to park our car without any issues. The room itself was well-appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, spacious, and had a hair dryer, which my wife used daily.

As a disabled traveler, I loved the accessibility of the New Orleans Marriott. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean. The hotel's central location in downtown made it convenient to explore the city, with everything within walking distance, including Bourbon Street. Our corner room provided beautiful views of the city and the river. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the large smart TV with access to Netflix was a plus. The towels, sheets, and bathroom amenities were of good quality. The included access to the M Lounge, with its variety of snacks and free Starbucks coffee, was extremely convenient.
