The value for the money was outstanding, and our room was fantastic - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with a quiet spot on the beach and a fun pool area. But the best part was the staff, who treated us like royalty and made our stay unforgettable.

The hotel breakfast could use a bit more variety. While the food was delicious overall, it would have been nice to have different options during our stay.

The hotel was nicely decorated with great restaurants, including an English pub, Italian and Indian options. The Japanese restaurant had the best healthy food. The pools, hot tubs, spa, and beach were clean and not crowded. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and there was a shuttle service to and from the airport.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautifully decorated and had excellent facilities. The restaurants offered delicious meals, especially the English pub, Italian and Indian restaurants, and the barefoot pool bar. The drinks were top-notch at all the bars. The pools, hot tubs, spa, and beach were clean and not overcrowded. We loved the ample seating available at the beach and pools. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect, close to everything in the rainforest, down the beach on Christmas, and in the crystal-clear sea. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our room was clean and comfortable throughout the day and evening.

The resort had beautiful views of the beach and surrounding area. the water was crystal clear and perfect for swimming. We also enjoyed the variety of dining options available on the resort. the food was delicious and there was something for everyone's taste.

We were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in the pool. It took a few days for it to be cleaned and we had to bring it to the attention of the management.

I recently stayed at the Sandals resort in St Lucia for a week-long vacation with my partner. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed delicious meals at the various restaurants, particularly the English pub, Italian and Indian options. The free water sports were a fantastic addition, and we loved trying out different activities. The pools, hot tubs, spa, and beach were all clean and well-maintained, providing plenty of space to relax.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

We had a wonderful experience during our Christmas vacation at this hotel. the beach was stunning with swings and sea lofts where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. the service was friendly and excellent, with staff members going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. One of the highlights was the JJ speedboat tour, where we got to see the Twin Peaks and had an amazing time. the location and amenities provided a great balance between a party environment and relaxation.

There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy during our stay. the Friday Night Fish Fry experience was quite cultural, which may not be everyone's cup of tea.

Amazing staff, great food, fun tours, brilliant entertainment, well-designed layout.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
