Great location and clean rooms, but front desk was unhelpful during our stay.

The room was small but clean and tidy. I appreciated the corner location with two different outlooks. the air conditioning unit was ineffective and noisy due to nearby plastic panels. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant odor in the room. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom appeared well-maintained. A shared bathroom situation was challenging, as some toilets were blocked. The staff was friendly and helpful, but some issues, like the broken safe and loose bunk bed stairs, could use quick attention. some hygiene concerns regarding the bed linens were disappointing.

The room was so cramped and dark, I felt like I was in a closet. The shower was awkwardly arranged, with no privacy at all. Plus, the staff didn’t seem to care, making everything even more frustrating.

Perfectly Positioned for Exploring Manhattan's Best Attractions

During my stay, I found this spot to be excellently situated, just a short stroll away from Central Park, Times Square, and the stunning Empire State Building, making it a breeze to cover some of New York's iconic landmarks while enjoying leisurely walks; plus, with several great restaurants and cozy cafes nearby, I had plenty of dining options right at my fingertips. The trendy rooftop terrace was a delightful bonus, and the clean and modern spaces made my visit enjoyable. the noise levels from the street were a bit disruptive at times.

Excellent location in Midtown, ideal for walkers. Easy check-in and helpful staff made my arrival smooth. Luggage storage was efficient—no hassle there. Ample outlets in the lobby for charging devices, a thoughtful touch. the room was uncomfortably hot initially. The staff promptly guided me to adjust the heat, which improved comfort. Cleanliness was commendable, yet noise from the air conditioner and other guests disturbed my peace. Thin walls are a concern. There was a cockroach incident that dampened my experience. one front desk agent’s rudeness was disappointing. Bathrooms need enhancement for privacy. A coffee kiosk is convenient, but a proper breakfast service would elevate the experience.

The location was perfect for us, easy access to restaurants and attractions. The suite was huge and clean, my granddaughter enjoyed the space.

It wasn’t the cheapest option, but it was worth it.

Had an awesome weekend! Location was key with tons of bars, restaurants, and stores nearby. Super easy to get around the city. Staff was friendly and rooms were perfect for a city stay. Had a room for our kids too. Quieter part of the city, but still close to everything. Loved the local diners and easy subway access.

Some downsides though. Rooms were small and a bit noisy.
