The hotel offers a wide range of services, from room service and car hire to dry cleaning and 24-hour room service. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a plus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar area, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat or enjoying a drink after a long day of exploring.

Although the majority of the staff were helpful and friendly, there were a few exceptions who didn't provide the level of service I expected. However, overall, I would still recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

The staff is friendly and attentive, making us feel at home. Additionally, the hotel provides breakfast included in the rate which is a great value for money.

I got incredible value for my money at the Sheraton in Boston. The room was not only comfortable, but also had an amazing view of the river, especially during the Independence Day fireworks! The location was perfect for us, being so close to Fenway, and the staff treated us like royalty throughout our stay.

The location was excellent, with a tour bus leaving right outside and a car park beneath the hotel. The cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, and the pool was perfect for relaxation. The complementary tea, coffee, and water in the room were much appreciated.

Our stay at Sheraton was fantastic! We enjoyed a comfortable junior suite with a spacious layout and a cozy bed. The hotel staff was friendly and the service was top-notch, both in the room and in the restaurant. The fitness facility had a great variety of equipment and the elevators were quick and efficient. We also loved the convenient location, with Fenway Park and popular streets within walking distance. a great experience that we would highly recommend.

Stayed at Sheraton for the Boston Marathon, convenient location. Great river views from my quiet and comfortable Junior Suite with a king bed. Friendly front desk guest services rep with a sense of humor. Classy hotel with spacious rooms and a welcoming foyer. Close to subway and walking distance to the harbor. Nice pool, though crowded during my visit. Reception staff quick to correct room assignment and showed appreciation for my humor. They even remembered me for future interactions. Special thanks to concierge Glayson for the extra attention. Definitely would stay again.

We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. The prime center location made it easy to access everywhere. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was accommodating. The facilities provided were diverse, and we enjoyed the free in-room drinks. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were also a fantastic touch to our trip.

Had a great New Year's stay! The staff was really friendly and helpful. Loved the complementary champagne and chocolates they offered to celebrate the occasion. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything we wanted to do. Plus, the amazing views from our room were a real bonus.

The breakfast was quite pricey, and the reception staff could use some training in hospitality. They were a bit rude and dismissive during check-in, which put a damper on our experience.

Great location! The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to shops and eateries. The room I stayed in had a beautiful view, and the king-sized bed and pillows were super comfy. Plus, the food from the MARKET restaurant was amazing! I had the lobster roll and the Boston creme pie, which were absolutely delicious.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. Firstly, there was an additional daily wifi cost, which was a bit inconvenient. It would have been better if it was included in the guest experience. Secondly, I was woken up early in the morning by loud noises from housekeeping. It would have been nice to sleep in a little more during my holiday.
