The staff were very accommodating when our suite wasn't available. The noise from the neighboring rooms was disturbing at night.

Check-in was a mess with delays!!! Room cleanliness left much to be desired, including hair on sheets!!! The hotel needs to rethink its outdated bathrooms!!! Better communication about renovations would also greatly improve guest experience!!!

The indoor pool was a highlight, providing a refreshing retreat after a long day. Unfortunately, the WiFi was unreliable, disconnecting often, which made it challenging to stay productive during my business trip.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was chaotic, and I spent over an hour waiting just to receive my room key. Additionally, the carpet in my room was frayed and had a musty smell that was quite off-putting. The amenities felt outdated, and I noticed that the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature during my stay.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Fenway Park! Our view of the Boston skyline was breathtaking! !

The staff was accommodating, and the hotel's central location made exploring Boston easy. Being connected to a mall was a big plus for dining and shopping, especially with a fantastic breakfast buffet.

Some amenities felt outdated, and my shower had low water pressure. it took a while to adjust. The front lobby was hectic during peak hours, reflecting the busy nature of the hotel.

my stay was fantastic since it was just a short walk to fenway park and there were plenty of great restaurants like the cheesecake factory and zuma boston literally a few steps away, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local vibe during my weekend strolls.

The location was choice, heaps close to Fenway Park and a mall, but the room had a funny smell and the shower pressure was dodgy. Chur for the comfy beds!

our stay at the sheraton was great! the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the concierge desk and bell porters. the new rooms are spacious and clean, with comfy bedding. we loved the on-site spa, green tangerine, which was a relaxing treat during our visit.

i do recommend the hotel, but the ongoing renovations might be a little distracting.

the location is super convenient, right next to fenway park and a big mall for food and shopping. the pool was a nice spot to chill after a busy day, and the staff were cool and helpful. our room was decent and clean, with a great view of the charles river! having a starbucks in the lobby is a big plus too! I really enjoyed the comfy bedding for a good night's sleep.

The location was perfect—just a short walk to Fenway Park and plenty of restaurants in the nearby mall. We enjoyed the Sky Boston rooftop view for just $10 and loved the convenience of a CVS in the mall. Definitely check it out if you're in the area!

The hotel has a phenomenal location, just a breezy walk to key attractions. The convenience of a large mall filled with shops and dining options that made our stay delightful. Staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the comfortable room, though a few amenities felt past their prime, like the air conditioning, which was a bit on the noisy side.
