The hotel was in a great location, close to a new shopping area and within walking distance of upscale shops. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a beautiful and calming atmosphere. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. I loved the fact that the hotel offered hot tea as a nice touch. Additionally, there were facilities available such as room service and fast check-in/out.

The parking was expensive, which was a downside to the overall experience.

Spent Xmas at a hotel in the city and it was a great experience! The room was always well kept and the staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The location was perfect, just a short walk from lots of great shops and restaurants. I loved having tea available whenever I wanted it, and the room was very clean.

The valet wait time was pretty long, and the cleaning crew came late a few days during my stay, but these weren't major issues. The showers didn't have enough drainage, so the bathroom floor got pretty wet.

The only minor downside is the lack of an all-day menu, which limits food options unless you're dining for breakfast or dinner. Nonetheless, the restaurant's exclusive menu fulfills your gourmet cravings impeccably.

Our stay at Nobu Hotel was absolutely delightful. The room was immaculately clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident, with Dyson hair appliances and a garment steamer provided. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job throughout our stay, ensuring our belongings were well taken care of. The location of the hotel was excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.

Although I didn't request one, it would have been nice to have an iron and ironing board in the room.
