The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. Service was immediate and the room had all the amenities needed. The hotel had a beautiful setting with lovely seasonal decorations. The breakfast and coffee were excellent. The hotel was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was a remarkable experience. The location was perfect - quiet and elegant, yet warm and welcoming. The hotel itself was small and quaint, which I loved. The staff here were incredible - kind, courteous, and always professional. They were always interested in providing any information I needed about restaurants and other venues in the area. The service and attention to detail were top-notch - from the room service to the housekeeping, everything was done with perfection. The amenities in the room were fantastic, from the sitting area to the terrace and the cozy sitting area. I had a wonderful stay and I'm so glad I chose to stay here.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at the O.Henry Hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and lovely. The breakfast was superb and the afternoon tea in the lobby/lounge was a wonderful treat. The rooms were beautifully designed, and I especially enjoyed the bathroom dressing area. The location was perfect for me, with a shopping center right nearby and easy access to UNCG and downtown. I also loved the jazz music on Thursday evenings. I had a fantastic experience!

We also enjoyed the ambiance and live jazz in the lobby during our stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with separate tub and shower and two separate vanities. The linens and supplies provided were of high quality and added to the overall luxurious experience. We can't recommend this place enough!
