I had a fantastic stay at a downtown LA apartment! The location was amazing, just a short walk to Staples Center and the LA Convention Center. There were plenty of restaurants and pubs in the immediate vicinity. The apartment itself was brand new, spotless, and beautifully decorated. I loved having a full kitchen and laundry facilities in the suite. The building also had great amenities like a games room, heated outdoor pool, and shuffleboard table. Having free underground parking and a Starbucks and grocery store on the ground level was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend staying at this apartment if you're visiting downtown LA!

We had a great stay at the Modern Apartment Rentals! the room was spacious and clean, with a view of the Hollywood sign in the distance. We appreciated the extra amenities like the fold-out bed, extra pillows, and sheets in the closet. the fully stocked kitchen and grocery items left by previous tenants came in handy. the washer/dryer units and soap pods were a nice convenience. the location was excellent, with a grocery store, Starbucks, and parking on-site. the staff were friendly and communication was clear. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a laundry nook. the interior design was modern and stylish. the rooftop pool area was a highlight and provided a great space to relax and enjoy the views. the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the staff was friendly and easily accessible via iMessage.

It took multiple attempts to coordinate getting the key, and we had to rely on a kind staff member to allow our daughter to pick it up for us. Additionally, the cleanliness of the apartment was subpar, with dirty drawers and a lack of cooking tools and towels.

Great downtown location, close to coffee, food, and grocery shopping. Nice space with 2 beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a big living area. Access to facilities including a gym, pool, yoga studio, and rooftop with BBQ. Free parking available. a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

The rooftop terrace was amazing! Beautiful sunset views at 7pm. Bargain grocery store on the first level. Spacious and clean apartment. Responsive and courteous host. Free secure parking. Snooker pool and gym in complex.

The spacious rooms and well, equipped kitchen were a pleasant surprise during our Christmas stay. the convenient location in Downtown made it easy to explore the city and access public transportation. Additionally, the friendly staff was able to help us with any requests and the rooftop pool area provided a great place to relax.

We had a few issues during our stay. However, the staff promptly resolved the issue and moved us to a different room.

Stayed at a modern apartment rental in a great location, just a short drive to USC and walkable distance to DTLA. Loved the convenience of having 2 Starbucks nearby and a discount grocery store in the basement. the apartment complex had amazing features like a rooftop, fitness center, pool, and the added bonus of a parking space. the contact person was fantastic and the spacious apartment had all the basic amenities we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home with laundry, dryer, and home cooking access.

The location of this hotel is perfect, just a short walk away from Downtown LA. We loved being so close to all the attractions and activities in the area. The hotel also offers convenient amenities like a fitness center and a pool, which we really enjoyed. The rooftop patio was beautiful and provided a great spot to relax and take in the view. The in-suite washing machine and dishwasher were an added bonus, making our stay even more comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. we had a fantastic experience here.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's value for money. For the prices they were charging, I had low expectations, but they really exceeded them. The attention to detail was impressive, from the clean and well-stocked rooms with own cooking facilities, to the friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel's downtown location was unbeatable for exploring the city, and I enjoyed having breakfast at the nearby coffee shop.

All in all, everything was up to par and I didn't have any complaints.
