The hotel was clean and felt very safe with the key card access. The staff was friendly and the manager went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. The location was convenient and the balcony had a great view. We also appreciated the smart TVs in the room. a must-stay location where you won't be disappointed!

The best aspects of our Christmas stay were the clean and spacious rooms. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including a fully-equipped kitchen and ample closet space. The location was also fantastic, just steps away from the beach and within walking distance to the boardwalk. We loved being able to easily access the grocery store for any supplies we needed. the quick and friendly check-in process made us feel welcome and ensured a smooth start to our vacation.

It would have been convenient to have the option of dining at the hotel, especially during the holiday season when many other establishments were closed. It would have been more enjoyable if it accepted pods, allowing for a greater variety of morning drinks.

Great location, with amazing views. The room was nice and the housekeeping staff were good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I loved the extra towels for the beach and pool.

Oh, and who needs a restaurant in a hotel? Definitely not me, especially when there are so many other options nearby.

Great location! We loved being able to take late night walks on the beach. The room was amazing, with floor to ceiling windows and stunning ocean views. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The nearby restaurant had delicious Mexican food. a fantastic experience!

During our stay, there was a long wait for the elevator when it rained. We had to walk up 9 flights of stairs to avoid the wait, which was inconvenient.

Gorgeous views and luxurious design. Fully equipped kitchen and modern amenities. Great channel selections. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beach. Stayed in most of the trip and had a great time indoors.

Sofas stained a little. Vacation club experience included a 90-minute sales pitch.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a selection of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The staff treated us with warmth and hospitality, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The hotel had exceptional rooms with great beach and main strip views. The staff was exceptionally nice and courteous. The location was right near everything, with many activities within walking distance. Private garage parking was a plus.

I stayed at Hilton Grand Vacations in Myrtle Beach and it exceeded all my expectations. The two-bedroom suite was like a spacious apartment, perfect for what we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with my disabled husband who uses a rolling walker. The location was great too, as it was easy for him to get around and walk on the boardwalk. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

The property was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and had amazing ocean views. The fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer were convenient amenities that added to the comfort of my stay. the high level of security measures provided a sense of safety and peace of mind.

While housekeeping was generally pleasant, there were some areas that could have been more thoroughly cleaned, such as the floors, baseboards, walls, and showers. There were also instances of finding hair in the clean washcloths and towels, as well as items left by previous guests.

The resort was safe and secure. The two bedroom suite was spacious and accommodating for those with mobility challenges. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for shopping and dining.

The spaciousness of the room and the beautiful views added to the overall experience. We especially loved the added bonus of beach and pool towels, perfect for our family with three kids. The prices at the marketplace were surprisingly reasonable, and the indoor and outdoor bars offered fantastic drinks. The activity room was a hit with both the kids and adults. we had a wonderful time and would rate this hotel 10/10. We can't wait to come back, maybe for a solo trip next time!

While our room had amazing amenities and was in close proximity to the beach, there were some areas that needed attention. The walls were in need of a fresh coat of paint, as there were several spots that were spackled but not painted.

The elevator system was impressive, with fast service despite its 27 floors.
