I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated and cozy, giving off an opulent feel. The shower pressure was amazing, and I had a very comfortable stay. The location was very central, with great restaurants on the 19th floor and many more in the surrounding area. It was also convenient to have a convenience store just across the street, covering all my needs. I loved the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the convenient location of this hotel in New Haven.

The staff were very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. The room had a great view, and it was clean and well-presented. The gym was excellent, and I was able to work out without any issues.

The movie rental at the hotel was quite expensive at twenty dollars, which was a bit unreasonable.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in a great downtown area. The location is perfect, surrounded by multiple restaurants and only a short distance from Yale University. The room was impeccably clean and the cleaning staff were incredibly friendly. The spacious and handsome lobby was a great place to relax, with plenty of seating and free wifi. We also enjoyed the convenience of the small coffee bar and the helpful door staff who assisted with our luggage and calling taxis. The restaurant on the 19th floor offered breathtaking views of the city and the bar had an impressive and affordable wine list. we were very pleased with our experience here.

Amazing Latte and Exceptional Service

During my recent stay at Omni, I had the pleasure of experiencing the incredible latte made by Mylene. She made it with coconut milk, just the way I like it, and always went above and beyond to ensure it was perfect. Even on busy mornings when I didn't have time to order, Mylene took the initiative to send my latte with a classmate. Her attention to detail and outstanding service truly made my stay special. I will miss her when I graduate. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing coffee and exceptional service.
