certainly not worth the hype! my check in was delayed, and the front desk staff woudl ve been more helpful if they were more friendly. to top it off, i had to pay extra for a room upgrade instead of being treated like a special guest. i almost wanted to leave a good review, but just couldn’t!

Had a boss time! The breakfast buffet was proper lush, with scrumptious pancakes that filled us right up. The only downside was the indoor pool was a bit chilly for the kids. Still, we had a smashing time overall! Can't wait to come back.

Ask for Denise at the bar for activity recommendations. she was incredibly helpful and made my rainy day enjoyable with a great itinerary.

staff response times need a major overhaul!!! The room decor feels outdated, and the ice cream shop has limited hours. Bathroom facilities had issues, and the elevators experienced long wait times during busy periods!!!

we really loved our stay at moody gardens hotel spa and convention center! the king room with an island view was clean and comfy. everything we needed was right there, including the beautiful outdoor pool with a swim-up bar and easy access to the pyramids and palm beach. the staff was super helpful, making our experience even better.

We had an awesome time enjoying the amazing pancakes at breakfast and watching the fireworks from the pool! The heated pool and massage options really helped us relax between adventures. Just a heads up, our bed could've been a bit comfier, but it didn't ruin our fun! 😊

the staff here is incredibly friendly and accommodating. the pool area is vibrant, and the drinks by the poolside snack bar were refreshing. we had a delightful experience at the restaurant, where the ambiance was cozy and inviting.

moody gardens is an awesome place for fam trips! the staff was super nice and the room was clean and comfy. loved the pool area, it was really fun and the breakfast pancakes were legit amazin! plus, you get free passes to palm beach waterpark which is a big plus for the kids. everything u need is right there, including access to the pyramids.
