The location, right across from Schlitterbahn Waterpark, was convenient for family fun. The pool area was enjoyable, and the hotel's pleasant scent was a refreshing change. The relaxation facilities, including the spa and indoor swimming pool, added to our overall relaxation and enjoyment. Nearby landmarks like the Lone Star Flight Museum and the Rainforest Pyramid provided unique experiences for family bonding during our stay.

the rooms were exquisite with enough room to spread out and enjoy the gorgeous views of the property. Loved the comfort! however, the smell of mildew and uncomfortable bed springs were major drawbacks. 😞

The room was clean and peaceful with a view of the water and the pyramids was nice-good-sized bathroom, comfortable bed, sufficient desk area for working. The outdoor pool and the 3D theater added extra enjoyment to my stay.

The spacious lobby at the hotel was beautifully decorated with warm and inviting colors, making it a comfortable place for seniors to relax and socialize. The general areas of the hotel were easily accessible for senior people, allowing for a pleasant and convenient experience during our stay.

I would only ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the children of the staff were more attentive to the needs of older guests.

The pool area was top-notch - loved the pool bar with music playing, and the large towels provided were a nice touch. However, the pool wasn't heated as promised, which was a bit of a disappointment, especially during those chilly evenings. Can't wait to return for another visit before summer ends! 🌴

the hotel is close to great beaches - fishing, and piers. the valet and shuttle service was fantastic. the inclusive parking and wifi are super convenient. my kids loved the bouncy castle and games. the indoor pool was a lifesaver during the rain.

I had an amazing stay at this 4-star hotel on the bay side of the island. The location was perfect for the activities I was interested in, such as Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn. The staff here went above and beyond in giving me information and providing exceptional customer service. They were extremely helpful and easy to answer any questions or requests I had. The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the big pool with a bar and the outside activities for the kids. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay memorable.
