Rooms were spacious and clean with a mini fridge and Keurig. The fitness area and sauna were amazing. Pool and hot tub were really nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good water pressure and hot water. Place is a destination hotel with everything you need right there. Great value for the money.

The hotel's prime position near key attractions like Moody Gardens, the Rainforest Pyramid, and the stunning Galveston Beach made our stay incredibly enjoyable, allowing for leisurely strolls to all these amazing landmarks within a few minutes' walk; our room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view of the bay where we could see the cruise ships docked in the distance, making it a picturesque experience every morning. the service at the hotel restaurant could be improved to make the dining experience even better.

The indoor pool was a great facility, especially during the cold season, and the outdoor pool was a nice addition as well. The inclusive services like parking and Wi-Fi were convenient, allowing us to easily stay connected. there were also areas that could use improvement. The centralized AC in our room was noisy and blew directly onto the beds, prompting us to switch it off. The lack of free water in the room was a downside, with pricey bottles available for purchase. The coffee machine could also use an upgrade, as it left coffee grains in the glass. Service-wise, we found that wait times at the restaurant were longer due to limited staff. The staff at the restaurant were sometimes rude or unresponsive, which detracted from the overall experience. we encountered issues with the cleanliness of the towels provided at the pool, as well as noise disturbances from construction activities near the pool area. Moody Gardens has potential, especially with its proximity to attractions like Schlitterbahn and the Pyramids.

The location is stellar. Close to attractions. Memorable activities abound. The lobby bar and seasonal decor create a delightful atmosphere. Secluded sitting areas foster conversation, perfect for groups. The spa? Excellent, albeit a bit pricey. Rooms impressive, with breathtaking views. Service shines, notably Randy from valet. the air conditioning was a disappointment, and our room reservations were mishandled. Noticed hidden charges on drinks and lack of transparency regarding amenities. Breakfast staff were welcoming, but these inconsistencies overshadowed the positives. It’s a shame, especially as anniversaries should feel special. With attentive management, this place could truly shine. But as it stands, I’ll be reconsidering my choice for future visits.

The furniture was comfortable enough, but the shower was disappointingly small with rust on hinges and fixtures. Temperature control was inconsistent, and the fridge struggled to keep cool. The TV wouldn’t connect to programming despite troubleshooting. Housekeeping was efficient, but the sheets felt scratchy. There was a notable lack of plastic bags in the trash cans, and the ice machine was out of order. A single outdated hot tub for the entire hotel didn't meet expectations for relaxation.

Beautiful property with a stunning lobby and friendly staff who truly care. The large, clean rooms had comfortable beds, and I slept better than at home. Enjoyed the restaurant's reasonably priced food, but service was a bit slow. The pool area was fantastic, though the chairs could use an upgrade. We were disappointed by a mix-up with our room view but appreciated the staff’s effort to make it right. The location is great for nearby attractions, and little touches like honey with tea added a nice charm. Definitely a place I’d return to.
