The location was absolutely perfect, with the hotel being right on the beach. I loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to step right onto the sand facing the ocean. The staff at the hotel were also amazing - super friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice little balconies where I could relax and enjoy the view. And the best part? The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the great location and service. Truly a value for money experience!

I recently stayed at Tides in Folly Beach for a weekend getaway. The beachfront location was amazing, with a sliding door and balcony providing breathtaking views of the ocean. Listening to the soothing waves and watching pelicans fly overhead was a delight. The staff, especially Jay, Halle, and Jordan, were welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was clean with comfortable beds and extra pillows. The hotel's BLU restaurant was also a highlight of our stay. a wonderful experience that I look forward to repeating.

Beachfront location, clean pool, great breakfast at the restaurant, friendly and professional staff, comfortable beds with amazing views.

Our visit to the traditional private event space was perfect for seated meals and dancing. The intimate sailing trip provided a wonderful opportunity for everyone to relax and recharge while enjoying breathtaking ocean views.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from having more family-friendly activities available for children.

The location was convenient, and I loved being able to walk straight out onto the beach from the bar and restaurant area.

The breakfast option could use improvement, maybe adding more variety or something unique to make it stand out.

This place is perfect for a beach getaway! It's right on the sand facing the ocean with beach access and everything is within walking distance. The service is amazing and we were even given a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar were all great. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even letting us have a late check out with ease. The pool area is awesome too with sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

Although we sent a request for a quiet room away from noises on a high floor, we were given room 324, which faced the swimming pool and all its noises. The staff said the hotel was full, even though there was no such indication when we made the reservation.

Our stay at The Tides was incredible! The ground floor King Suite with a semi-private patio was perfect for easy beach access. We loved being able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. And the evening walk on the pier was simply breathtaking. Thank you for a memorable visit! I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful beach getaway.
