Room not as advertised, time share pitch was pushy and lengthy, bedding and towels were uncomfortable, room had maintenance issues, bugs in the bathroom, and beach was littered with seaweed and garbage. Some staff seemed bothered by guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The suite was spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen and large bathroom. The classic 1950's vibe of the property added a cozy feel that I loved. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible, and the pool was absolutely wonderful. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel in a beautiful area of Palm Beach Shores. The hotel is right on the beach, so I enjoyed stunning ocean views throughout my stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Patsy at the front desk and Evelyn from housekeeping. The rooms with partial kitchens were clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Plus, the breakfast offered was delicious and provided a good start to my day.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

The location of this budget-friendly resort is marvellous, with a fabulous beach accessible by a short boardwalk and cabana rentals available. The area surrounding the hotel is also fantastic, as it is near award-winning golf courses and couple of restaurants, and it is right in the sandy ocean. The large bathrooms and full kitchens in the rooms are perfect for those looking for extra space and amenities.

Some guests were disappointed by the outdated decor and maintenance issues in some of the rooms, as well as pushy timeshare sales tactics by Vacation Village, the resort's owner.

The location of the resort was amazing! The clean rooms and beautiful pool area made for a relaxing vacation. Although there were some rules around the pool and beach, I felt safe knowing that the staff were attentive to everyone's safety.

The basic amenities are well-maintained and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff go above and beyond to provide exceptional service, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The attention to detail is evident, from the cleanliness of the common areas to the friendly and efficient staff.
