The location was perfect - within walking distance to everything. The hotel facilities were great, with easy access to the beach. The cleanliness was spot on. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The villa was spacious and well-equipped, with a large kitchen that had everything we needed. the location was ideal, just a short walk into town and close to the beach. the concierge was extremely helpful in planning activities and recommending places to visit. the snorkeling right outside our room was amazing!

The only negative aspect was the limited availability of bags at the nearby market. It would have been more convenient if bags were provided or available for purchase.

The hotel's location just off shore allows for stunning views of the ocean during the day, and especially during sunset. We enjoyed walking to the nearby town and exploring its restaurants and shops. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed.

I had an amazing stay at this place. The location was perfect, as it was close enough to walk to everything. I loved being able to stroll down the hill and reach the beach in just a few minutes. The staff here were incredibly helpful and made all the arrangements for our car rental and helped with planning fun activities. The service was top-notch, with housekeeping and grocery shopping service available. The room amenities were great, including the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The patio facing the garden was a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a drink. the comfort and quality services provided at this hotel made my stay truly luxurious.

I recommend this hotel to all.

The spacious and comfortable accommodation was perfect for our extended stay. We enjoyed the stunning views from our deck every morning. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the best restaurants and attractions in the area.

The price of the hotel was quite high, and may not be affordable for everyone. If you prefer a quieter experience, it's best to avoid staying near the Cruz Bay area as you may hear the music and noise from the ferries.

I had an incredible stay at this resort! The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. I loved being able to snorkel right off the back of the resort, thanks to the convenient dock. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to everything during the day or enjoy a stunning sunset. The hotel facilities, including the pool and ocean, were both fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well-maintained. it was an amazing experience.

During our recent vacation, we stayed at a resort with beautiful grounds and breathtaking views. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from numerous restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. it was a dream vacation come true!

I recently stayed at this incredible hotel and I can't recommend it enough. The location was top notch, with it being within walking distance to downtown St. John and the port. The convenience of being able to explore the area on foot was a major plus. The facilities were beautiful and well-maintained, with a remarkable outdoor view and pool. I loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the stunning views. The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. They provided us with friendly and professional service each and every day. Plus, the hotel offers a range of amenities such as a welcome drink, free shuttle service, and a variety of room amenities to enhance the comfort of our stay. This place truly has it all.

While this venue is perfect for adults looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay, I wouldn't recommend it for families.

During my recent stay at Gallows Point, I was blown away by the stunning location and the convenience of being just a short walk from downtown. The staff, especially Claudia at the front desk, went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. She helped us secure a rental car when none were available and made all our dinner reservations for us. The room we stayed in, 13A, was beautifully furnished and had a wonderful view of the harbor. The grounds and pool area were immaculate and felt safe and exclusive. We loved having a store on-site and a gourmet supermarket nearby for all our needs. The beach bar down the road was a bit loud, but we actually enjoyed the liveliness. The lower ocean view unit we stayed in was perfect, with easy access to the ocean and pool. The split-level suite was in great condition and had a spacious walk-in shower and a full kitchen. I highly recommend staying at Gallows Point for an unforgettable experience.
