amazing beach access and exceptional service

The room was clean, but the condition was lacking. We had two frames for Queen beds, yet only Full mattresses. The A/C struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. Noise from the adjoining room was disruptive until late at night, despite our attempts to address it with staff. The couch was worn and sagged under weight, and the pillows weren’t protected. The bathroom had cleanliness issues, with unclean toilet bowls and dirty surfaces. the cleaning lady was exceptional and very attentive. Access to the beach was convenient. The pools were fun but appeared cloudy.

Our family had a blast at the stunning oceanfront golf course designed by Gene Hamm, set amidst swaying Palmettos and offering fantastic fresh seafood delights. The room was spacious and comfortable for our large family, with friendly staff and delightful poolside Italian ice.

My wife says that parents may appreciate more kid-friendly activities.

The kids loved the pools and the space in our room was perfect for our family of five. Staff was super helpful, cleaning daily and always checking if we needed anything.

The location is prime, offering easy beach access and friendly staff, particularly Steve, who was impressive. The room, however, leaves much to be desired. It felt more like a standard hotel than a condo. The kitchen lacked adequate cutlery and bowls, which made cooking inconvenient. Noise from adjacent rooms disrupted our experience, and clean but outdated furnishings didn’t elevate my stay. While the pools were enjoyable, they weren't enough to overshadow the significant cleanliness issues and maintenance concerns. Until those improvements are made, I cannot endorse this place for anyone seeking a truly relaxing getaway.

Room cleanliness was a concern, as I found stains and the bedsheets weren’t great. On the bright side, the pool area was fantastic for kids, and we enjoyed the lazy river's bubbles keeping us moving along.

The beachfront view absolutely takes your breath away. The staff is super friendly and checks in daily, making you feel right at home!

The breakfast was more of a letdown than a lift-me-up.

The location was perfect for my family, with spacious and clean rooms. My kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub, while I enjoyed the bar. It was great that the staff let us check in early. The ocean view and breakfast were awesome. The only downsides were the lack of blankets for pull-out couches and the unruly behavior at the pool. The dated rooms and shaky elevator were a bit concerning, especially being on the 18th floor with a toddler. I probably wouldn't book here again, but it served its purpose for a last-minute stay.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at a beachfront hotel, enjoying friendly staff and a spacious, comfortable room. The location was ideal, away from the busy side of the city, making traffic hassle-free. Being right on the ocean allowed for relaxing beach and pool days.

The maid service experience left much to be desired, as it only included trash removal and towel replacement for a daily fee. issues with wristbands not working required multiple trips to get new ones, causing inconvenience during the stay.
