great location, super quiet but close to shops and restaurants. the architecture is beautiful and there’s a nice patio for pets. clean, spacious rooms with cozy fans over the beds. hot tub was working. friendly staff. enjoyed the decent breakfast. toddler noise at night, but overall, awesome amenities like kitchenette and free gym access.

I was really hoping for a cozy stay, but there was no housekeeping! I had to fetch my own towels and the room felt so cluttered. Plus, the bed was way too firm for my liking—definitely not the relaxing escape I imagined.

The pool area was inviting, though I wished for a better view from our room. check-in was problematic. I felt overlooked, and the clerk prioritized another guest. the relentless timeshare pitch was intrusive and unwelcome. The bathroom door was poorly designed, and maintenance issues, like a non-functioning light, and overflowing trash, need attention. Breakfast options could improve; more variety would enhance the experience. Despite these issues, the staff's warmth overall made it a worthwhile stay. Would return with care.
