I chose this hotel for attending a business forum because it provides a 24-hour fitness center, a pleasant heated indoor saltwater pool, an outdoor sundeck, 18 meeting rooms, and a gift shop. The facilities were well-maintained and convenient for my stay, contributing positively to my overall experience.

The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center within the hotel where I could have easily accessed printing, scanning, and other office amenities without any inconvenience.

During my transit through Cincinnati, the convenience of staying at Hyatt Regency Cincinnati was unmatched, being just 15 km from Cincinnati Municipal. The hotel's elegant decor and comfortable rooms with city or Ohio River views provided a relaxing retreat after a long journey.

The lack of consistency in early check-in pricing for guests was a minor inconvenience. a complimentary bottle of water or improved water temperature in the showers would enhance the overall guest experience.

The hotel offered great views and was conveniently located within walking distance of attractions such as Smale Riverfront Park and sports stadiums. In addition, there was a Starbucks in the lobby, which was convenient for pre-trip drinks.

The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. They happily accommodated my requests and provided excellent customer service. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a stunning lobby and a lovely bar area. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities including free Wi-Fi. the quality of service and the comfort provided at this hotel were top-notch.

We had a fantastic time exploring the 16-block skywalk connected to the shops at Tower Place Mall. It was convenient and provided a great variety, from Macy's and Tiffany's to Saks Fifth Ave. Also, attending the event at the Duke Energy Convention Center was a blast! The spaces were ideal for both relaxation and fun, and the complimentary casino shuttle added a touch of excitement to our trip.

My children wanted more kid-friendly activities in the hotel.

Superb beds and pillows, lovely night view from the 9th floor, convenient location close to good restaurants, attractions and the Bell Connector. Helpful and friendly staff at check-in, delivered breakfast within 20 minutes, awesome warm pool and a lovely little market with carry-out breakfast.
