I always return for city breaks. The staff gave me great local taxi tips at my first stay. This place suits me perfectly, with luggage storage and 24-hour services. Plus, I can enjoy the bar, indoor pool, and spa. I appreciate the no-smoking policy, too.

I recently stayed at the Intercontinental in San Francisco for three nights while visiting the city for sightseeing. The staff here were exceptional, from the friendly desk clerks to the helpful bellmen and accommodating housekeepers. They treated us so nicely that we would definitely book a room here again. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was super close to everything and offered an amazing view. The bed was comfortable, and it only took about 25 minutes to walk to Oracle Park. we really enjoyed our stay!

I recently stayed at InterContinental San Francisco for a transit during my trip, and I was impressed by the convenient location of the hotel. Situated only 15 minutes' walk from Cal 4th & King Street and a 5-minute walk from Powell Street, the hotel provided easy access to public transportation, making it effortless to explore the city. being just 25 km from San Francisco International Airport, the hotel's proximity made my travel experience seamless.

One minor inconvenience during my stay was the limited availability of condiments for tea and coffee. Over the course of my 4-night stay, I was only provided with one condiment packet, which was not refilled.

Breakfast, staff, location, spa, bed, view - all great. Excellent customer service, prompt room change, helpful cleaning lady.

I stayed at a beautiful and clean hotel in San Francisco. The upgraded rooms had a gorgeous view and the staff provided excellent customer service. They were attentive and accommodating, promptly addressing any issues that arose. The hotel also had convenient connections to the Convention center and a lovely café. I appreciated the filtered water station, which made it easy to refill our water bottles. Despite being pet-friendly, the hotel maintained high standards of cleanliness and comfort.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and well-equipped. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being close to the Convention Center and within walking distance of downtown, the Westfield mall, and Powell Street. The staff at the hotel, from the front desk to the bell captain, were exceptional and provided wonderful service. The room itself was excellent, with recent renovations and elegant decor. The on-site swimming pool and jacuzzi were a great bonus.

The hotel charges an additional fee for Wi-Fi, which is disappointing considering the already high price of the rooms.

While this hotel is relatively convenient, there are no eateries immediately nearby, so you may need to venture out a bit for meals. However, this should not be a problem as there are plenty of dining options in the surrounding area.

At the hotel, the sophisticated Bar 888 garnered accolades for its carefully curated selection of cocktails. I had the pleasure of trying their seasonal cocktail, and it was a delightful experience. The mixologist's creativity was like a master chef's, crafting the drink with precision and flair. It was the perfect evening treat.

Additionally, the large room size and floor-to-ceiling windows were a pleasant surprise, offering a great sense of spaciousness. The blackout shades were also a bonus, ensuring complete darkness for a peaceful sleep. Moreover, the hotel bar was a delightful experience, serving classic drinks in a lively atmosphere without feeling overcrowded.

The gym and pool were smaller than expected, which limited the space for exercise and relaxation. The outdated spa/jacuzzi also didn't match the hotel's overall quality.
