I recently stayed at the Intercontinental in San Francisco for three nights while visiting the city for sightseeing. The staff here were exceptional, from the friendly desk clerks to the helpful bellmen and accommodating housekeepers. They treated us so nicely that we would definitely book a room here again. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was super close to everything and offered an amazing view. The bed was comfortable, and it only took about 25 minutes to walk to Oracle Park. we really enjoyed our stay!

Our experience at the hotel was far from ideal. The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, with dusty surfaces and sticky substances in unexpected places. We also encountered multiple issues, such as broken shower heads and non-functional lights, which were not promptly resolved by the engineering staff. The constant disturbances, including unnecessary knocks on our door and disruptions to our privacy, were extremely frustrating and greatly impacted our overall enjoyment of our anniversary and birthday celebration.

The hotel was spacious with easy access and plenty of lifts. The lobby area had comfortable sofas, and the rooms were big with great city and bay views. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and well-equipped. I was very satisfied with my stay.

While the location was convenient, I do recommend this hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in the heart of the city center. The location was perfect for exploring all that the city has to offer, and the views from my well-lit room at 3AM were simply breathtaking. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all of my basic amenities were taken care of. I particularly appreciated the inclusion of breakfast, which was a convenient and delicious start to each day.

The hotel's location was perfect, as it was away from the downtown core but close to the convention center and all the attractions we wanted to visit. The breakfast was delicious and the room service was available all night long, which was fantastic for those late-night peckish moments. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the concierge and door staff were amazing.

Located in a convenient area, this hotel is surrounded by many attractions while away from the downtown core. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a generous amount of storage and luxurious beds. The bathroom is well stocked with lovely toiletries and has great water pressure. The service is top-notch with friendly and attentive wait staff in the restaurant as well as throughout the hotel. Breakfast is delicious and the wait staff were always willing to ensure a great experience. The view from the room includes both a bay and a city view beyond the sheer and black-out drapes and was simply stunning.

The mini-bar had a sensitive system that automatically charged extra and the tea making facilities were limited to a single machine which can't be used to make tea.

This hotel has a great location for business travelers and tourists alike. It's close to the convention center and many tech companies. Plus, it's within easy walking distance of numerous attractions. Even though it's located in a semi-bad area, it's still a great value for money. Rooms come with basic amenities and even have a high flat screen TV. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast included in my stay.

We spent our Christmas holidays in a hotel in downtown. It was great that during our stay we received complementary champagne and a box of chocolates. The hotel was located near to the main shopping street and a few blocks away from the convention center which was very convenient for us. Besides, we requested a late checkout due to our flight schedule and it was granted without additional cost which we appreciated a lot.

Sadly, the staff attitude was not up to our expectations. We were not greeted or welcomed during check-in and sometimes our questions were answered with short and impatient answers.

We had an amazing time here. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city with easy access to everything. The staff provided excellent service, going beyond the call of duty by bringing a wheelchair for my friend and upgrading us to a higher floor with a complimentary bottle of champagne. They gave us great recommendations for food and activities, and the room was super comfortable and clean. The high-end shampoos and soaps provided a nice touch, and we never had to wait for the elevator.
