The hotel had very clean and nicely appointed rooms. It was evident that the staff takes good care of the property. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. One advantage I enjoyed was the well-stocked small kitchen in the room, which was great for preparing meals.

The hotel was located close to the train tracks, resulting in loud noise from passing trains. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I stayed at Hyatt House for 10 days during my cross-country Amtrak trip. The firm bed and suite with a fully equipped kitchen were perfect for my needs. The view of the San Francisco skyline, Bay Bridge, and bay from my balcony was incredible, especially during sunsets. The hotel's strict policies on noise and visitors ensured a peaceful and restful stay. The location right next to the Amtrak station was incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants across the street.

I recently stayed at Hyatt House for a weekend getaway and had an amazing experience. The two queen suite was perfect for my needs and the price was unbeatable. The staff was incredibly helpful and even went out of their way to hold onto some items I left behind. The location was ideal, with everything within walking distance - from the train station to shopping places. The hotel is also conveniently near the Public Market, which made finding lunch and dinner options a breeze. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay in the Bay Area.

The room was very clean and had a full kitchen, which was a great bonus. My kids loved the balcony where they could watch the Amtrak trains go by. The shower head in the bathroom was excellent and the room even had two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room area. The breakfast included was awesome with plenty of options including omelets made to order. The location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was right next to the train station for our continued journey and there were plenty of nearby places to eat. The view from our room was beautiful, being able to see the hotel's entrance rooftop. the rooms were well-decorated with modern touches and the basic amenities were provided.

Although everything else was great, the laundry room could use better organization as some guests would leave their laundry in the machines for a long time.

The room amenities were great, with tea and coffee facilities, free toiletries, and comfy garden furniture. The staff was very helpful from dry cleaning to wake up service.

From the well-appointed rooms with a view of the hotel's entrance rooftop, to the in-room sink and balcony, everything was thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently located just across a footbridge in a safe area, with plenty of nearby places to eat for East Bay activities. Also, being near the train station made it easy for me to continue my journey.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Berkeley and the Bay Area. It is conveniently close to the Ashby Bart station, allowing for easy access to San Francisco. The hotel offers spacious accommodations with kitchenettes, which is perfect for families. The breakfast selection is impressive, with multiple options including made-to-order omelets. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained.

Only improvement needed is staff training at the reception desk.

Was pleasantly surprised by the Easter treats offered at this hotel. the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. the breakfast had a great selection of food, including fresh fruit and delicious coffee. the hotel is located in a convenient location close to public transportation and short walk to shops in the nearby downtown area.

The area surrounding the hotel does not feel safe, with a high presence of homeless people. there were no safes in the rooms, which was a disappointment.

The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Jose provided excellent service, allowing us to check in early and even giving us directions to a pet supplies store. The location was great, with easy access to the airport, shopping, and restaurants. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was comprehensive and regularly refreshed.

Felt really happy with our stay, no reason to complain.
