I loved the outdoor patio and proximity to the ferry, shops, and restaurants. the inclusion of beach towels and bikes was a lovely touch for exploring the island.

I recently stayed at a charming inn in a secluded small courtyard area. Arriving on the last ferry from Hyannis on Monday night, the location was perfect for a quiet getaway. The room was spotless, with a cozy king-size bed, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was friendly and helpful, with a lovely breakfast served in the morning. The inn had a quaint patio where guests could enjoy their meals. it was a pleasant stay.

The air conditioning in the non air-conditioned areas was not functioning properly.

We were initially concerned about our stay based on previous reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised! The location was ideal, just a short walk to the heart of town and close to all the restaurants and shops. Despite being centrally located, it was surprisingly quiet in the evenings. The room was clean and comfortable, with a decent amount of space. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. we had a nice stay at Blue Iris By Life House and would recommend it.

At my cozy spot, they guided me when I got lost once. Everything I need is here - Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, in-room breakfast, and tidy air. Coming back for New Year!
