The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable with soft pillows and beds. the staff was friendly and the WiFi was stable. the hotel had a gazebo which was a nice touch. the location was convenient, with restaurants in walking distance and a highway interchange nearby for easy access.

The hotel had some maintenance and amenities issues. the pool was closed during our stay, even though we were told it would be open.

My stay at Quality Inn was fantastic! I was in Buffalo for a quick overnight stop and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff, especially Jennifer, were extremely friendly and accommodating. When my car broke down, Jennifer allowed me to relax by the pool until my tow arrived, and then let me wait in the lobby during the storm. The maids were great, and the hotel had a comfortable bed, clean rooms, and a quiet location off the freeway. The swimming pool was a highlight, with warm water and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was also a nice touch.
