Room had seen better days, especially the bathroom. Loved the beach access and the indoor pool is clean and nice. Tennis courts and playground for kids were a plus, but security should be tighter. a decent stay.

The noise from the pool’s fan was intrusive, and I struggled with closet doors that nearly fell off their hinges. Filthy outdoor doors added to the discomfort. I would consider a return only after significant improvements are made. The charm and potential are there, but they must be matched by necessity and upkeep.

The kids loved the indoor pool and animal atrium, which kept them entertained for hours. the room was cramped, and the noise from neighboring rooms was hard to ignore. The cleanliness left much to be desired; we found stains on bedding and a less-than-thorough bathroom. A broken screen door and lukewarm water added to our frustrations. Still, the proximity to the beach was a major win. With some improvements, this could be a fantastic family getaway.

The treatment of the poor birds was heartbreaking; they were caged, screaming all day and night. It was so disheartening to see them suffering while the hotel staff seemed completely indifferent. They really need to reassess their animal policy.

The location was spot, on, just a stone's throw away from the beach. Our room had two comfy queen beds and offered plenty of amenities like towels and shampoo.

We hit up Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Planet Maze for some epic thrills. Chillin' by the ocean view from the balcony was a vibe! The pools were perfect for quick dips! Definitely coming back for another fun getaway!

The air conditioning struggled to keep the space cool, and the fan was quite loud. maintenance was prompt in addressing the issues. The shower was a good size, and toiletries were provided, which was convenient. Bright lighting options were available, and the balcony was a nice touch. the room was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.

The staff is super friendly and quick to help with anything you need. The parrots and turtles are a blast to watch, and the pools are a dream for little ones.
