Great spot! Super close walk to Bridgestone Arena and other attractions. Comfy rooms with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. Breakfast was amazing, more like a buffet! Gym was nice too. Staff was friendly and kept our bags after check-out.

Exceptional service. Ms. June and Mr Chris were proactive and attentive, addressing every concern promptly. The complimentary hot breakfast was a highlight—delicious omelettes, waffles, and great coffee fueled my days. Location is ideal—steps from attractions yet maintains a sense of quiet. Valet parking, though $42, was a smart choice given the limited nearby options. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. parking logistics need improvement. The loading area was hazardous; an ice hazard sign would have been responsible. After an unfortunate fall, response was slow. Communication issues at check-in added to frustration. Double charges for my stay need resolution. Despite these hiccups, my overall experience was memorable. Would return.

In terms of amenities, the air conditioning worked well, which was great considering it was a bit warm during my stay. I also liked having a flat-screen TV in the room for some evening entertainment. On the downside, the valet parking situation was a bit of a letdown. I wasn't given the option to park myself, and the valet service came with a hefty price tag of $42 for less than 15 hours of parking. I wish I had been informed about this beforehand as I would have preferred a more affordable parking option. I was disappointed to find that there were no free toiletries provided in the bathroom. It's the little things that can make a difference in a hotel stay, so I hope they consider adding this in the future. the Hampton had its pros and cons, but I did enjoy my stay despite some minor inconveniences. It's all about the little details that can make a stay memorable.

My experience was fantastic as it was just a couple of blocks from the vibrant Broadway Street, teeming with food, live music, and countless entertainment options, plus easy access to attractions like the Bridgestone Arena and the Country Music Hall of Fame, making it perfect for passionate explorers like me; the hotel itself was spacious and well-kept with exceptionally friendly staff that made my stay enjoyable. the hotel could use a little updating in its furniture and facilities.

The room I stayed in was comfortable, with a bed that felt nice after a long day. Temperature control worked well, maintaining a cozy environment. the carpet showed dirt and needed a good clean. Bathroom plumbing issues disrupted the experience; the toilet kept running, and water pressure was disappointingly low. Noise levels varied; my room was quiet, but family members reported slamming doors and sirens disturbing their sleep. The furnishings could use some updates, particularly in the lobby and breakfast area. A thorough refresh would enhance the overall comfort and appeal of the property.

LOVED being close to all the action but disappointed in the hotel smell. The rooms were big and comfy. The breakfast had a good variety. Would go back, but photos were deceiving.

The bathroom was a nightmare! The tub faucet flopped around, the shower head barely clung to the wall, and the sink leaked everywhere, soaking my stuff. It was such a hassle! Totally not what I expected for the price.

Some areas looked worn down, including lobby bathrooms and in-room facilities. Price felt high compared to the overall condition.
