I always stay at the perfect spot! The first visit, staff kindly helped with directions. The hotel has everything: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and more. No smoking, too. Returning for a romantic escape is a must!

The private dining room at the hotel was an absolute gem! We celebrated a family reunion there, and it felt like we had our own private oasis. The space was flexible and spacious, accommodating all 60 of us comfortably. The ambiance was perfect for creating memorable moments, just like in a charming fairytale setting.

The room did not come with a microwave.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel conveniently located at the Mall of America. The service was outstanding, from the friendly valets to the attentive restaurant staff and front desk. I especially enjoyed the well-appointed room, which had all the amenities I could ask for. The bathroom was spacious and I loved the rain shower and handheld wand. The restaurant was lovely and the food was of extremely high quality. The bar also served fantastic drinks. the staff made every effort to ensure my visit was enjoyable.

I was a bit disappointed when I arrived at 4pm and had to wait almost an hour for my room to be ready. There was also a lack of information provided in the room and the view overlooked a roof and a nearby building.

As a budget traveler, I loved that the hotel was connected to the mall, making it easy to shop and dine without going outside. The staff at the Database Staff were very friendly and helpful, and they provided a shuttle service to the airport and Eagan mall. The contemporary style of the hotel was also a nice touch.

My family and I recently stayed at Radisson Blu for a quick getaway. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. Roxx and Rick, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our trip was unforgettable. The check-in associate was professional and helpful, the valet service was prompt and courteous, and the cleaning staff was exceptional. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful and modern decor. The onsite restaurant served delicious food, and having the pool and access to the Mall of America made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was amazing, and the room service was speedy. The front desk allowed us to stay until 1 PM. The hotel offered a beautiful, elegant, contemporary, and modern atmosphere, making it worth every penny. It was so easy to walk across the skywalk to the mall, and the hotel had excellent transportation options to other attractions in the city. The rooms were spacious with extremely comfortable beds, and the added security in the elevators made us feel very safe.

This hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of Mall of America, making it a perfect choice for shoppers. The rooms are clean and spacious, with nice decor and basic amenities. The staff provides excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I appreciated the attention to detail, like the small shower with a seat and the option for a "rollaway" bed or mattress topper. The breakfast at the business lounge, although it could have had more hot options, was included and a great value for money.
