We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was excellent, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The Deluxe Room with Ocean View was spacious and had a breathtaking view. The food at the Cocay restaurant was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of choices. Special thanks to Higinio for his impeccable service and fun conversations. The beach was one of the most beautiful in the area, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for enjoying the sunrise.

Nothing, all aspects of our stay were excellent.

The hotel's location near the beach was nice, with access to some restaurants and the Oriental restaurant. The views were decent from the rooms, and there were amenities such as an infinity pool and spa services. Some staff members provided decent service.

The hotel had numerous issues such as inconsistent food quality, uncomfortable floors that made it difficult to walk around barefoot, and poorly trained staff.

Good value beachfront hotel. Spacious rooms, great water pressure. Wonderful staff and entertaining entertainment team. Good buffet and Italian options. Delicious gelato. Beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets.

The ocean view from all rooms was absolutely stunning. It was a joy to wake up every morning and see the crystal clear waters right from our balcony.

The check-in process was quite long and tedious. It took a significant amount of time to get settled into our room, which was not ideal after a long journey.

The view from our room was impeccable, with a clear beautiful beach and soothing waves. The staff were sweet and attentive, always making sure our drinks never went empty. The buffet had surprisingly great food options, and the servers were always catering to us. We made a friend, Jose Mercedes, who made us feel like old friends with his special shots called "scooby doo." The staff put together fun and entertaining shows, making our vacation memorable. With clear, warm water and beautiful sunrises, swimming in the ocean was a delight. The resort had well-maintained grounds, clean public areas, and attractive architecture. The pool area was great, and the staff were friendly. The room itself was modern, clean, and of high quality, with an amazing bathroom and a balcony facing the stunning Caribbean beach.

Fantastic WiFi coverage all around the resort. Amazing drink selection. Plenty of food options, my favorite being La Concha. Rooms well-maintained and clean.

We had a bit of a rough start at check-in, but eventually got the room we reserved with a beautiful ocean view. The rooms, pool area, and restaurants were all very clean. The entertainment staff did a great job of keeping us entertained, and we enjoyed the variety of activities offered. The hotel is located in a safe area and the staff was helpful and friendly. I'll recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation.

The location is perfect – it's right on the beach, and we had amazing views from our room above the Italian restaurant. We also loved the entertainment - there were always fun things going on throughout the day. The staff provided excellent service and entertainment from the Dario, and his staff perform great quality night shows. The amenities were great too, with a spa, fitness studio, swimming pool, and more. a great place to stay!

I recently stayed at the Grand Park Royal in Cancun for a few days and it was an amazing experience. The bathroom and balcony view were absolutely beautiful. The location was convenient and the beach was stunning. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. The entire hotel was incredibly clean and the staff were friendly and polite. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The first thing that impressed me was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always there to assist with a smile and made me feel right at home. The second thing I loved about this hotel was its stunning location. It was conveniently located near all the main attractions and activities, making it easy for me to explore the city. And lastly, the food at this hotel was simply amazing. From the buffet to the specialty restaurants, every meal was a delight to my taste buds. I couldn't get enough of the delicious and diverse menu options.

While my overall experience at the hotel was fantastic, there were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the quality of the beach sunbeds was not up to par.
