The food was excellent, especially at the

specialty restaurants like El Oriental and La Concha, but we found the buffet a bit hit or miss. The staff are truly outstanding, attentive, and full of warmth. A memorable moment was when our waiter surprised us with a complimentary dessert for our anniversary!

Beware of potential lizards if you choose a ground-level room, as they might discourage leaving the patio door open. The lizard situation might not be ideal for everyone, especially if you're uncomfortable with critters.

The food quality varied significantly. some meals were underwhelming while the noise from kids in the pools was disruptive during our peaceful moments at the adult infinity pool.

the food was so bland and the options were horrible, I almost cried. the staff was rude and the whole hotel smells like old man sweat. I expected a luxury stay, not a cheap nightmare, and no one even bothered to offer an upgrade after these disasters. I just couldn't possibly recommend this place.

The hard-selling tactics at check-in were obnoxious!!! The mandatory timeshare presentation was long and aggressive, which ruined the vacation vibe. Plus, the dining dress code was communicated poorly and caught me off guard!!! Slippers and bathrobes in the basic rooms would be nice!!!

We stayed in a lovely villa with an ocean view and our own private pool, which made it feel like paradise! The spa offered amazing massages that helped us unwind, and we loved lounging by the adult pool with the swim-up bar. Just a heads up, the restaurants had a dress code for men—long pants were required, which caught us off guard. 😊

We enjoyed the clean sands and clear waters of this beautiful beach resort, perfect for swimming and family fun. Hanging out by the outdoor pool was a highlight, especially with our dogs tagging along. The variety of restaurant options was impressive too.

My wife says that the layout needs better ramps for families.

Had this amazing suite with a huge balcony overlooking the bluest water, felt like a dream! The staff were always super nice and working hard, especially the waiters at the pool, bringing us drinks with smiles! Don’t forget the ice cream cafe, it was a total winner!

Air con could’ve been way better, was a bit hot sometimes even though we asked to fix it. But ag man, we just enjoyed the sun!

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, the outdoor swimming pool, and the spa. During my first stay, the staff helped me with my heavy baggage, and they were incredibly friendly and attentive. Definitely grab a specialty coffee at the café. I’m coming back for a city trip!
