The room was very spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the location of the hotel was convenient, close to various attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed.

We had a terrible experience with the in-room coffee maker, which despite multiple attempts, didn't work. Another major disappointment was the quality of the dinner food at the hotel's restaurant.

The hotel's cleanliness, facilities, staff, and location to the non-smoking casino were the best aspects of our stay.

We had one of the most pleasant check-in experiences we've ever had. The young man at the front desk was friendly and made us feel welcome after a long day. The process was quick and easy. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows for a great night's sleep. Despite being in a smoking room, there was no trace of smoke and the room was exceptionally clean. We also enjoyed the peace and quiet throughout the night.

I recently stayed at the Little Creek Casino Resort for a weekend getaway with my elderly mother. The manager, Derrick, went above and beyond to help us with our luggage, even though he wasn't a valet. His kindness and professionalism truly impressed us. The housekeeping services were also excellent, bringing us a missing microwave within minutes. The lobby area was beautiful, and the staff, including Ray from valet, were friendly and helpful. our stay was made wonderful by the amazing manager and attentive staff.

One downside was the wait for check, in. We had requested early check, in, but were told it wasn't possible and had to wait until 4 pm.
